About two months ago we had a claim with Outsurance for a fridge and washing machine. My motber had been with them for 5 years not one claim. We paid the excess and had the fridge delivered, it was damaged. They took it back and brought another one, it was damaged too. After back and forth they agreed to settle us cash. This morning i sent the requested documents for the washing Machine. A rude lady responds to my mother saying she is lying they never cash settled us as there was no problems frith the fridge. Because of this putrid service from Princess Shabalala we he cancelled the policy. Please can someone sort this claim out.
On the 28 Novemver 2024 i purchased bus tickets on the app but never received them. After the the calls and visits to the bank, no one assisted. I then went onto Hellopeter on 01 December 2024 and FNB responded and said they will get back to me. I then called FNB everyday for the next five days but never received a refund. FNB has ****** money from me for goods they never recieved. Thee worst bank ever.
I purchased tickets on my FNB on 28/11/2024. I called Quick bus since the morning of the 28/11/2024. I have called every day since. I called and no one answers, and when they do they speak then drop the line. I have called them over 50 times, with no help. I will never recommend you use this service.
I PURCHASED BUS TICKETS ON THE FNB APP ON THE 28 NOVEMBER 2024 AND NEVER RECIEVED THEM. I CALLED QUICK BUS WHO ADVISED THAT FNB HAS NOT CLEARED THE FUNDS. I CALL FNB BUT NO ONE COULD HELP.I THEN WENT INTO THE BANK ON 29 NOVEMBER 2024 AND WAS TOLD I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE FUNDS TO CLEAR AND NO ONE COULD HELP. I THEN RETURNED ON THE 30 NOVEMBER 2024 AND WAS TOLD THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO USE THIS SERVICE WITH FNB.
On Monday I ordered items on the App. The items were missing. I reported this and I have not received a call and gotten this resolved. PNP are quick to take money but prolongs getting issues sorted. I always use the app but this is detestable.
I purchased a pack of underwear at Truworths Liberty Mall PMB. I used one of them and realised that it was torn. I then tried another and it did the same. Paying so much should guarantee me good quality. I am extremely disappointed with the product.
On the 1 August 2024, I used my card to load my Betway account with R200.00 which was taken off my bank account but never loaded on my Betway account. I've contacted Betway more than 12 times, sent what they needed. Everytime I send what they need they need something new. This is the most putrid customer service I've ever received.
