My mum made an application over 2 months ago for the 399 home router package. To date she is told there's no stock. She is a pensioner and required a simple offering that will equip her with internet. The application was done by my brother and she was told she will get a call when there is stock. How the hell are we waiting 2 months . Mtn eastgate needs to catch a wake up. I want this resolved today.
simple request was ensure my debit order goes off. it returned unpaid although there were funds in my account awaiting the debit. i sent planet fitness a notification yesterday and the day before to resolve the issue and explain why it occured. no response. the chat is useless on whatsapp. i didnt have access to go to the club so i tried to resolve telephonically at my cost. can you take the damn money so i can get access to the club and can you provide an explanation (which doesnt blame my bank) as to why it occurs . I need resolution by 11 am today 27/02/2026 otherwise i will social media this . Maybe its time to change gyms....
Good day My medical aid has let me down once again. For the second time this year my wife was hospitalized, she has back problems and this time injured herself. In February she needed an MRI which was done and was covered. Needless to say that follow up doctor sessions as a result of the hospitalization were not covered for and various medication thereafter. We had to fit that bill. Now, this week my wife was hospitalized again. She has injured her back as opposed to last time where her back was just causing her pain. The medical refused to cover another much needed MRI. Essentially the MRI can better inform the doctor in terms of whether a. Operation is required or not. To compound the matter, because it's back related, and she used some of the days in hospital within the year, Bankmed is saying they can't cover more than one day there ????? I need this urgently attended to, as in yesterday. Otherwise it's ombudsman. I pay near on 10 0000 a month for medical aid. It's become ridiculously expensive especially if Bankmed isn't going to actually do what they say they will do. My wife is lying in hospital now and we don't know where this is going to be covered from . Whether the hospital is using wrong codes or whatever , the admin is not on me to sort out, why do I pay so much if consultants can't make the necessary queries and help customers to get what they pay for. 1 st debit to vitality didn't go off last month a stgey debited me on 27th instead of 25th. Asked for redbit and it never happened. This month they decide to debit on 26 at midnight, the money was only reflecting at 2 am. Now the debit has bounced again . I sent mails repeatedly. Please do not cancel my vitality again....it has impact on my membership. Do not cancel my vitality. Redebit me immediately there is funds Thanks Thanks .
Still haven't received a call after logging a complaint , leaving my details at the club multiple times with promise of the elusive sales manager to call me. My request was simple....help me with my administrative issue that came about through my vitality benefit changing. Because of no response....it's become a customer service and complaint handling issue. Very bad service.
My vitality number changed ...which impacted my gym benefit now my gym is charging me for a new activation fee because I had to restart my benefit with vitality . I have been a member there for over four years . I'm not happy that I have to pay again to reactivate my membership. Why can I not continue as normal by adding the new vitality number?

Second time in two weeks I order something and the result is poor. I took collection of a hoverboard, it is in the wrong colour, the box is severely damaged, the item is damaged and used. This is a horrible experience, I wanted to give this to my daughter on her birthday yesterday and now takealot has ruined our experience. I need immediate collection and you guys need to bring me a new ,unopened one in the right colour. Bull**** service
I bought a smart tablet device which was advertised to come with a screen protector and cover. It didn't. When I complained at takealoy via email they said I must return it. I am not happy to do that as the problem is with the accessories not the device . Secondly if I return they will refund me, the item is on special. What if I by the time they credit me and when I reorder and it goes off special ? I asked this question 5 days ago and have received no response. Very bad experience. This cover and screen protector will cost me more money now
Tried multiple times to buy beats earphones online....the price is cheapest but it's impossible to buy. I tried my cards online about 5 times , using two separate cards and it declined. Eventually I bought it on Amazon using exact same card. It cost me 250 rand more. To my absolute disgust, the chat function is also only available during regular business hours so clients who have problems must wait??? I'll never buy at Vodacom anymore as a result and will share this experience on social media ....so it's going to cost you more.
