Do inspection before you take car home if the service has been completed
I recently had a terrible experience at Ford Germiston. Their lack of professionalism and attention to detail is appalling. 1.Invoice Errors They created invoices without thoroughly checking the work done on my car. Important parts were supposedly replaced, but a private technician later revealed that half of the work wasn't done. 2. Warning Before paying, ensure the work is completed as stated on the invoice. Ford Germiston prioritized claiming payment over doing the job correctly. I'll never return. Their service is unacceptable. If you value your time and money, avoid Ford Germiston.

Bad drivers that go around scratching people’s cars
One of your drivers scratched my car and he was driving on a wrong lane. He was rude and trying to intimidate me because I am a woman,he was speeding even.

Worst Customer service
I have had bad customer service in the past but Telkom takes the Cup and their agents tell different stories as if they are not in the same department. Raised 5 tickets because i am always getting assistant by different people which some of them were not even providing accurate information
