Look at their profile and what they promise. Their service sucks and I have just end a contract. Do not start with them as you will end with a problem as it is only lies and promises.
This company charges you R700 to help you with the UIF unemployed benefits from the DOL. Do not think that they will look after you, once you pay they waste your time and then never answer their phones and go on holiday while you are waiting for your benefits. Once you receive some benefits it stops and then they only have stories about the DOL. Terrible service and people that loose their jobs should not pay for UIF benefits. Stop these people to make an income from unemployed people.
Why does your system keep sending out an email that the account is handed over to HTN attorneys and when you phone Wonga they say sorry the system did it.
I bought a new tv in Dec 16 which I returned on 15 Sep as it had a fault. On 2 Oct they still have not looked at it and now they require 7-10 days for a refund. This is not accepting as they took 7-10 days to look at the problem which did not happen and now a refund will be delayed. Service is terrible and shocking.
The issue is very easy to understand why they do not want to deal with an issue but to only pass the buck between the centers. I raised a dispute with the customer center which notified me to contact the Dispute line. They stated that they do not have access to the consumer score and I have to contact the Customer center. They then say they cannot raise a dispute as they are not the dispute department.<br> <br> In essence it is the following: my credit score has declined over the year due not from having all accounts paid on time but when a cellphone company made an inquiry, your score is reduced every time they process it. Do not apply at more than one cellphone supplier or different contract options. You will pay for it for the two years on the damage on your credit score even if you do not take up the contracts at all. It does not make sense. Inquiries should be marked as that and removed if it does not end up on a payment process. <br> <br> I am taking this further.
