Can't contact prime loans
Can anyone help contact prime loans ,the numbers in the website don't work and th chat now. I lost my phone now can't get the funds.

I want my refund months later
I was handed over to nimble with the took they 3 installs but before that I had mad a payment using the link, meaning I made 4 payments on a 3 months loan. Which were the 3 installs to nimble and the payment I made via the link before nimble contacted me. I have been asking for a refund on my 1 install wonga tells me to call nimble. Nimble tells me to call wonga. It later calling without my money I need my money.

i can't get my agreement letter
I have been calling all morning recovery to help get a letter saying the money on y report is not what i'm owing and how much i am supposed to pay monthly. they always has stories about they debit not going through i have to go to the atm all the time.At the branch when you want to call recovery they say they do not know this number

A missed payment on my credit that experiene said I should contact you as you guys told me my account is on a positive, a 40 percent on my accident car I was promised but still haven't received it and no Debt check for the new balance
The pervious review I got an email that investigation is being done,still now no contact or feedback and it heading to 3 . Let I said on my pervious review you do nothing but reply so people will think the matter is sorted but no you just ignore the review after. The person you put on this case Venessa she would do anything last time she was telling not to tge problem quickly ended the call, she's rude. I am very unhappy with you lies and services. When selling my car as an accident car, I was told I would get a 40 percent discount on the shortfall by many agent now they keep telling me to wait and it's been 2 months . Worst part is when I call the lady said my account is on credit that's why I haven't received a new debit mandate 2 lady's.now my credit report came with a missed payment experiene says I should contact you to remove ,now I'm getting anything payment request on whatsapp. Why wasn't the money paid add and why 2months later I'm still not getting the discount I was told about,most I want my credit report fixed. If it means we go through all the calls let's do it just a lot that you guys are not doing. The last time I complained the lady did listen to me ,she made her own stories

I received the best customer service from Harriet and Eddle the buyer was there in and out in a minute,full of laughs even being there didn't feel like i was waiting for something it was fun with kindness and I will be back.

Asked for help to sell my car,it's still here no help now they doubling costs
I called a day before and after my debt Dat letting the bank know that my car had been in a accident and my insurance claim was not approved that is why I canceled the debt I got a cheap quote which I was going to fix it but when he explained in person he was not going to fix it the right way. I asked where I can call it. The bank told me someone will call me that helps with selling cars.i have been talking to different people. Which I think I missed the call because that day after work I got a missed call from 012 which I couldn't get through because it was 4:30 pm. Yesterday a lady says I owe double I told her I settlement amount as I was told earlier and had been communicating with another guy to help say the car. The insurance assisted it as a repair the after taking it. I also told the bank that selling alone was a struggle since most stores don't buy financed . Yesterday the lady also I should also fix myself. I told I don't have the money. Please help me sell it on your side before it gets worse asap. I don't understand the double as I have been making communication from day Please listen to the recording.no was able to help sell it

No cash back as dissatisfied or cashback was given,n ,now I'm paying aoo much
I bought my second car with a shortfall, I asked the guy for a cash back that was advertised on the atm zen which not when looking at my documents it was not included or the dealership assistance. I told this car I rent to them because the other dealership offered me another car when I wanted an amt zen,I wish I went there cause of tge cas back. But this one iin centurion mall he didn't includ cash back or dealership assistance mind you I got that from my first car in a another dealership but centurion didn't now I'm paying soo much.
