New addition to menu - Biscoff Afrigato. Had one in Hartenbos, absolutely perfect & delicious. Vergelegen Plein - awful. Biscoff/Caramel was roughly smeared all up the glass. Espresso not hot enough (added was the waitress bad attitude with our food order). Tygervalley - same issue with caramel. Glass looks horrible, like a child had put their fingers in to lick the caramel out! Introduced it to a friend who was totally put off. Please teach your Baristas how to do this properly. Take lessons from Hartenbos. Theirs was perfect - perfect copy of the ad.
I just want to take a moment to thank & compliment Sereh of the Busamed Clinic at The Huntsman for the outstanding service you provided me at the clinic. Your kindness, patience, understanding and professionalism make such a difference. You didn’t just assist me—you made me feel truly cared for and respected and took me from tears and distress to reassurance and smiles. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with such genuine warmth. May you continue to bring comfort and reassurance to all who visit the clinic. My prayer is that you will stay at this clinic. A wonderful medical staff member you are Sereh. I honor and appreciate you.

Woolworths Sirari. There were no loose potatoes and despite no stock, instead of losing a basket of shopping, a plan was made and a happy customer left with her potatoes and shopping. Thank you for EXCELLENT customer service by Thorne Beckett. Woolies Sitari get my vote.
Oswell is an incredible host. We had a 93rd birthday to celebrate - only five guests and yet we were given 1st Class treatment. Oswell blessed Aunty Sophie with flowers and the entire team of staff sang to her. What a touching moment. Food and service couldn't be faulted. The Bistro is one of the best. Thank you to.Oswell and staff.
How do.you rate lack of service. I've been to branches called them to speak to their 'Champions' and sent a number of emails. It's looking as though MTN do.not have an efficient accounting system. The agents agree with you, log your query and next thing you are billed for what you shouldn't have been. Told month to month contract is cancelled. Really - no you get another bill! The worst is if you only pay what the agent tells ypu as she's cancelled the contract, your phone is blocked by MTN (Not their phones either). We are pensioners and cannot keep paying money to MTN.who clearly do not have a sound accounting system. I did not take a new contract & made it clear to Telesales. Next I'm given a heavy bill and no longer after years via debit order. Obvious the agent knew I hadn't agreed so made it a cash deal so she could claim commission. Ive asked MTN to listen to the recorded call as this agent has committed ***** but all requests are ignored. Totally frustrated and very disappointed. Want to get as far away as possible from MTN.
We received the best service from DIMPHO THELEDI and AIRRION RAYMOND. Both were very patient, understanding and knowledgeable consultants. Articulate and well spoken. These two staff members deserve an accolade. Thank you.
