From the very beginning, she has been outstanding and extremely helpful with every inquiry I’ve had. Although she is my business banker, she has assisted me across a wide range of services — including car finance, car insurance with FNB, and even my personal account. Her knowledge of FNB’s products is impressive, and I’ve been able to secure more products simply through her guidance over the phone. Sibongile is kind, patient, and takes the time to explain everything in detail. She always returns my calls promptly and consistently goes beyond the call of duty to assist. My wife and I experienced a refreshing turnaround at Mattress and Couch, Centurion Lifestyle Center, thanks to Veloshni's exceptional service. Initially, we visited the Centurion Mall branch, but the service was disappointing. However, Veloshni at the Lifestyle Center branch exceeded our expectations. Before visiting, she assisted us telephonically, even sending WhatsApp pictures to help us make an informed decision. Her proactive approach impressed us, and we immediately drove to the store. Upon arrival, Veloshni welcomed us warmly and efficiently helped us find the perfect couch and table. Room King: Unauthorized Use of Listings & ********* Practices
Bathamaga Property has repeatedly denied Room King permission to use our listings on their platform. Yet, they continue to display our listings without consent, violating intellectual property rights and basic business ethics. Their actions demonstrate: 1. Blatant disregard for competitors' rights. 2. ********* business practices. 3. Dishonesty towards clients. Warning: Verify listings directly with authorized parties. Be cautious of Room King's deceptive methods.

Cartrack's accounts department is ***********
On October 3, 2024, Cartrack with their *********** accounts department failed to debit the full monthly payment of R219, instead taking only R129 despite having sufficient funds in my account. The next day, a consultant called demanding payment of the "outstanding" R90. When questioned, she hung up. On October 6, Cartrack sent a threatening message: - Disconnecting of services - Withholding theft coverage After sending them a WhatsApp message about this, they resubmitted the debit order for October 7, incurring additional bank fees for a debit order resubmission I never requested. This is the second time this has happened (previously in September). When I requested cancellation due to their failures, they demanded an outrageous cancellation fee of over R2000. Cartrack accounts department is ****** useless!!!!!!

Unauthorised Debit Orders & Poor Cancellation Process - Avoid Using Debit Card!
I'm extremely dissatisfied with Rain's service cancellation process and unauthorized "debit orders". Despite cancelling my service over a month ago, Rain: - Failed to honour the cancellation - Double-debited me this month (R595 and R625, 5 minutes apart) - Accessed my debit card details without authorization I never set up a "debit order" arrangement with Rain. My mistake was paying with my debit card, which somehow allowed them to retain my card details. I've logged a case of ***** with my bank as this was an unauthorized transaction! Warning: Avoid using your debit card with Rain!

Disappointing Experience with RIC Development and Halfway Parks Complex
We purchased an apartment at Halfway Parks, Halfway Gardens, Midrand, in December 2023, attracted by its location and amenities. However, our experience with RIC Development and their managing agent, Whitefields, has been extremely disappointing. Key Issues: - Delayed move-in date and ongoing construction after occupation - Unresolved registration process, with occupational rent charges imposed after initial assurances - Unfulfilled promises: - Non-functional clubhouse - No backup electricity in common areas - Dirty pool - Inadequate parking - Lack of proper signage - No body corporate formed - No official communication channel - Poor management and lack of interest from Whitefields - Uncompleted Phase 1 while focusing on Phase 2 development Our Experience: We moved in on April 30, 2024, only to find our unit still under construction. Despite initial understanding, daily work continued in our unit and throughout the complex. We were assured registration delays would be resolved quickly, but were later told to pay occupational rent until September. RIC Development and Whitefields have shown no concern for residents' welfare. With unfulfilled promises and poor management, we strongly advise against investing in their developments.

They have no regard for intellectual property or business ethics. I recently discovered that they had taken one of our client's listings and posted it on their website without our consent. When confronted, they failed to respond or take action. Furthermore, their Facebook page has no recent updates, raising suspicions about their legitimacy. It appears they're a fly-by-night operation or ****. Do not trust Roomsta with your property listings or personal information.
