Worst hospital ever... I thank God I was able to get myself discharged before it was too late... God revealed their practices & saved my life!
I urgently require assistance Cell C. I've been a contract subscriber for many years and now Cell C has deactivated even after payment has been made and allocated on their side. Customer services advised that the lines have been permanently deactivated but after visiting a Cell c store, they advised that the number cannot be recycled until after 3 months. I've had a query on the account regarding been over charged which was never resolved as Cell C found ways around it not to reconcile the account, nevertheless, I paid the outstanding amount and confirmed that payment has been received on their side. We received an sms on the 31st July 2022 to say my cancelation request has been received, which was never sent by myself, the sms advised that the lines will be deactivated on the 1st Aug 2022 but it was deactivated immediately after receiving the sms. Payment was done on the 6th August 2022 which was within a week of the lines being deactivated. Now they're giving me the run around. Please urgently advise as we have had these numbers (0711819211 / 0769307291) for years and cannot lose them to someone else now. I look forward to hearing from you. I have been trying to change my banking details with Cell C for over 6 months, everytime they tell me that the system is not updating, then a consultant advised that I should do an EFT which I have been doing but they are constantly charging me R70 for the returned debit... now it looks like my account is not in good standing even though I have been paying and I am due for an upgrade but it will be approved because according to them... the account is not in good standing but it up to date, they keep on giving me the run around and advising that someone will contact me or they transfer & the call cuts. They I had a contract with them that was settled last month and the devise fully paid up but they again billing me this month because apparently the contract will continue on a month to month if it is not cancelled but we're having difficulty in cancelling because each consultant has an excuse and transfers to another line that cuts... this is pure money making even with the R70 returned debit fee as this is being paid by EFT which was advised by their consultant. I've been a customer for many years and have never had such an issue, especially with upgrading. If that's the case, I will rather port my numbers to another service provider, for the mere fact of all the extra charges and them shifting blame for their own mistakes... this has been a tedious process and we are not getting any help.
So I find Dekra Automotive Randburg very misleading... I bought a car and wanted to do a RWC through them... was asked to fill out the forms and processed payment without being told that that the vehicle would be inspected and if it fails the inspection, one will only have 14 days to fix the issues to receive a free retest - R719 wasted. Secondly, my car was left in a mess, my water bottle happened to magically open on my front seat and a 1litre of water fell out on the seat which I was told about, nor apologized to, my side mirrors were adjusted and not put back into place, all my seat belts were left in from the front to the back, my bank card that was on the front seat fell into the seat which made me think I dropped it somewhere, and only found it after incurring another cost of going to make a new card was initially told that the inspection would take between 30 - 45min, I ended up being there way over an hour. I am highly upset and I am requesting a refund, if not in full but partial to compensate me for the above. Alternatively, I will take it to social media with all of the above poor service comments.

Game Trade Route Mall + Game President Street Jhb - Very dissapointed in false advertising of Bestway Steel Frame 3.05m swimming pool. Advertised in yesterday's catalogue for R999. Silo in Trade Route confirmed they had stock of 3 yesterday & he would keep 1 aside for me, called to confirm today, spoke to the manager Emily, stock is sold out. Called Game President street Jhb today, Mpho confirmed they had 2 in stock & asked me to call back in 10 min, when I called back, he wasn't available and another gentleman said it was sold out yesterday. Does any freaken Game store in Jhb have stock of the advertised item, or was is just false advertising. Extremely annoyed. Tried calling to complain to head office on 011 517 0000, call keeps cutting!

Toy Liquidation Warehouse - TOTAL SCAM! I found this on facebook and ordered 2x small packages for $9.99 each, 1 for a girl 0-2 yrs & 1 for a boy 6-8 yrs… I placed the order on 26th June 2021 and received 2x this 25 piece polystyrene/soft cardboard 3D aeroplane puzzles on 19th July 2021… I could’ve bought both in South Africa for less then what I paid for 1… and not have had to pay shipping of $9.99… TOTAL SCAM!!!
