Blue Hills needs to be audited! Merchies on their phones, blocking aisles. Abandoned, empty merch trolley at aisle entry, standing perpendicular to the aisles making it impossible to pass. Broken equipment everywhere, dirty floor with a yellow warning sign but no attempt to clean. One staff member could not even converse in english. Shocked!!
King price is refusing to guide me in how I can de-risk my property due to external factors outside of my control. Says it must first burn down before action is taken. And if someone dies? How do you replace people?
I have never in my life encountered a more rude receptionist than the one that looks after 086 000 2378 (no option). My family has been on Bestmed for a number of years now, I want to speak to a manager. But how do I do that if the receptionist is not assisting me?
Trying to cancel my contract and had to go through a whole list of "press this and press thats", just to get to the cancellations queue. Been in the queue for 10minutes waiting to be transferred to the next consultant. No response. I assume the consultants are all reassigned to the "new customer" queue as there sure isn't anyone helping in the cancellation queue?
App not working, vehicle incorrectly loaded on system, panic not working. No support in an emergency, leaving me stranded on the side of the road. Now 17 minutes on the line and still no support. Stay away or regret it for the full 3 years of your contract
I'm most concerned that, whenever I get the first notification from Courier Guy that a parcel is on the way (from a specific supplier), within 30minutes I get an sms from a ****mer that I need to pay a certain amount. There is someone at Courier Guy that is either the ****mer, or supporting ****mers. I called Courier Guy HO to see if the info can assist them, but the phone remained unanswered. I've given up, but Courier Guy, you have an issue andthe bigger you become, the greater this risk will become.
Impossible to get them to answer their phones to make or change reservation. One hour in the queue and once in front, they pick up and put it down in my ear. I can HEAR them laughing in the background! KZN Wildlife does not deserve to be around.
I pay extra for collision detection and roadside assistance. Yesterday I was in an accident. The collision detection did not work. The panic call on the app did not work. When I phoned the general line, my car was not even listed on the system and Cartrack only provides assistance with flat tyres and flat batteries and I must phone the police for support. I pay extra for support in cases like these, but I was left out to dry. Shame on you Cartrack!
The product arrived within 48hrs from order. I immediately started using it and haven't stopped since. It's durable, super silent, efficient and a proper size for a home kitchen. We are on solar and it doesn't make much of a dent on the batteries. So I'm able to dehydrate overnight without worry. This is a product to be proud of.
I have been trying to open a maximiser account for two weeks now, the price list link is not working. I called, nobody answers, i try to chat on the app and they take AGES to respond, every time the app logs me out. The one link i did manage to get is also not working. This is beyond ridiculous, there is literally nobody that I can talk to!
