I have been plagued with bad fibre internet connectivity over the last few months. My ISP (Afrihost) logs support tickets with Vumatel to check the physical infrastructure. Vumatel does not check or resolve anything and mark the support tickets as resolved. When moving into our property I signed up for a new fibre package via Afrihost. Vumatel refused to install a new line and ONT as these were already at the property. However, the line and ONT is very old and possible damaged. How am I supposed to work from home without connectivity but my debit order for this service gets deducted on time every month.
Great service received from Anrich. Tonneau Cover for Corsa Utility was fitted within 15 minutes. Fits perfectly and material is of very good quality. Will definitely support this business again :-)
By far the worst construction company to deal with. They will quote you an amount for work, no plans provided and when they make mistakes, will charge you for it. They will also ignore calls and whatsapp messages until they are ready to speak to you again. They don't show up on days when they say they will and will blame suppliers for getting orders wrong. A project that was supposed to take two weeks took over 4 months. It got so bad that attorneys got involved. In the end, their team did more damage to the property than they did good. Their boss will only be on site to quote you and come out if they made mistakes. They will demand full payment prior to completing their work and threaten you if you keep them to their own contract terms. Had to hire a seperate contractor to repair their damages. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS COMPANY.
Thank you to Medicross Randburg Dental for Handing me over to their Debt Collectors. After having dental treatment in December 2021, I was called on 18 May 2022 by VeriCred to advise I have been handed over for an outstanding amount. I have not received one notice, one invoice, one sms or one email advising me that I owe you money. Once this amount is settled, I WILL NOT return to your practice as your administrative and financial staff are some of the most incompetent and inefficient I have come across.
Thank you to Gerald Williams from Home Inspection SA for carrying out a pre-purchase inspection for me. I was able to book a property inspection on the 15th of November, have the inspection carried out and receive a comprehensive report on the 19th of November. Services rendered were friendly, professional and well worth the cost. I received a comprehensive report of 102 pages detailing the results of the inspection including detailed images and descriptions of issues noted. Please do not hesitate to utilise this company as it was a seamless experience for me to do so.
I applied and paid on 26 August 2020 to have my vehicle license disc renewed through Road Protect (Pty) Ltd. Approximately one month later I contacted them directly as no response had been received. I was advised to provide my proof of payment as well as my ID and Proof of Residence as they had to manually link my request to the payment received. I submitted multiple queries though the contact-us and renewals email addresses on their website. I contacted them directly again on 4 November 2020 and was advised they utilise multiple service provider. The consultant was unable to reach the alternative service provider and I left my contact details in order to be called back. This has still not occurred. A little over 2 months from my application request and payment made I still have no vehicle license disc.
I ordered an Upgrade through Vodacom online and it was meant to be delivered by RAM. I had to opt for a change of delivery address as only the main account holder can take delivery of the device. The device was ordered on the 29th of November and the change of delivery was submitted by Vodacom to RAM on the 3rd of December. Since then I have tried caling RAM to follow up. Everytime holding in excess of 30 minutes to speak to a customer service consultant. Everytime I am told that no request was received and that I need to follow up with Vodacom. Their online communication media does not work and their Facebook Social Media team simply reads your messages but does not respond. In the meanwhile I will be paying for a device that is laying in a RAM storage facility. Per my previous complaint, RAM has not made contact with me and no further attempt was made by them to resolve the issue. Truly disappointed by this abundance of incompetence that this organisation is managed with.
I visited the new Dion Wired Shop in Sandton City that opened on the 29th of November. All staff members were courteous at all times. Stock was available on all the items I wanted including the specials advertised in their promotional leaflet. Concluded my transaction under 15 minutes with all of the items I wished to purchase. Thank you for the great service!
Good Day, After successfully ordering my contract upgrade from Vodacom online, I will most definitely never use this service again. I currently have 5 different phone contracts with Vodacom. After specifying which number will be upgraded, and where to deliver I received the WayBill notification from RAM Couriers. Turns out Vodacom provided RAM with the incorrect cellphone number hence they attempted twice to contact my at my office building without success, leading to my device to not be delivered. I now have to call RAM and reschedule my delivery and provide the correct contact details. Completely unprofessional service from Vodacom - Every time I upgrade a device, there is always a problem. Whether it is stock shortages, incorrect billing or delivery issues. I have yet to have a please and efficient upgrade process with Vodacom. Please assist with this issue, seeing that Vodacom never has any issues with my debit order being deducted.
Good Day, I am currently using the RAM website to track my parcel delivery. The current status shows "RAMMobile NonDelivery - " However, I did not receive any calls from the delivery person and had no idea that anyone was at the office to deliver my package.
