Terrible customer service. No feedback and lack of accountability and communication from repairs department. Checked in a breaker on 1/10/2025 made a follow up call, and a store visit on 11/10/2025 to find out status of repair as no assessment call or repair quote was given. On 15/10/2025 I had to make another call not sure what the repairs consultants do because communication is definitely not part of their job description. Machine is now repaired however will only be delivered from the jhb branch to Boksburg on 20/10/2025 because apparently they only receive delivery for repaired equipment once a week, for a big company like adendorff not to have vehicles they can send to collect a customers machinery is really poor service!

Paid this company a deposit for bricks, after countless excuses for not delivering and the driver keeps being 10 minutes away. I requested a refund and the “Owner” Jaco van Rooyen sent a screenshot of a “refund” being made however when I requested a pdf POP from the bank they have failed to provide. I would not advise anyone to do business with them.
*****sters, paid a deposit and struggling to get my refund. They send a screenshot of a **** refund. The address on their invoice is **** as well. Do not use them. All their social media posts are likes or commented on by the same 4-5 people.
Complaint submitted to Vodacom on 27/11/2024 regarding slow fibre speed, submitted all supporting screenshots it has been almost a month later and SR241127-465501 is still open no action taken whilst I am expected to pay a full R798 for a 50mbs line when in reality I’m receiving 25mbs.
Forex payment made on 25/09/2024 after holding the line for 20 minutes on 27/09/2024 to speak to a forex agent (Clint) he informed the payment is with back office and he would follow up and revert back to me. 30/09/2024 email received from Sibu shabalala after I logged a complaint on FNB website and response is that payment is with EXCON for vetting and I must email required docs to Vinit Deshmukh, no email was ever sent by Vinit to me requesting supporting documents, now it has has become my job to email Vinit asking which documents are required. Horrible service as my shipment is urgent and client might miss booked vessel.
