I had engaged with Carol Van Den Bergh to facilitate the purchase of a Mitsubishi ASX from their dealership. She answered all of my questions timeously and ensured the best deal possible in relation to my budget was structured. Not to mention this dealership does not have hidden licensing and on the road costs and Carol also ensured delivery close to me as I am based far away from the dealership. Even the after sales service is second to none. I have bought many many cars in the past most being from mainstream big brand dealers and I can safely say this ranks as one of the best purchasing experiences I have gone through. Thank you Carol and team!
Despicable service at Shell Palmview service station. The filling station was quiet but the attendants were busy with their own discussions and I had to walk to them to request service. Step your game up or you will lose customers. I certainly will no longer support this garage.
Placed an online order with the Park Square store in Umhlanga at 13:20, and I have yet to receive my order, the time now being 15:21. Absolutely pathetic service, with not even a call from the store. I wont be supporting pizza hut anymore, thats for sure.
The Pick 'n Pay ASAP experienced a major technical glitch last Thursday(21/10/2021), in which people were debited numerous times for the same order placed. I had been one of the unfortunate victims, having my account debited four times for the same order. After making contact with the support team, I was amazed to learn that they kept the app running even though people had already called in to complain about the glitch. Not withstanding, I had requested an immediate refund of the money that was taken out of my account owing to the fact that debit orders were due to go off since its month end. It is now the 25/10/2021 and I have to receive any refunds for the money that was taken off my account. Absolutely pathetic as it is my money that was stolen out of my account and it still has not been replaced. Be more professional Pick 'n Pay and clean up your messes!
Amazed at how quickly I received an online order I had placed with Incredible Connection. An order placed yesterday afternoon had been delivered today. That is amazing and certainly the quickest delivery experience I have had. Nice one Incredible Connection.
Absolutely appalled by the service levels shown by this company. I had purchased a TV from Hi Fi Corp only to have it stop powering on after a few months of ownership, got to the store and was informed that I had to book it in as they had to get technicians to site to view the tv since its larger then 50". Little did I know that Hi Fi Corp outsource this kind of work to Master Audio Visual Umgeni. They had attempted to call me once in the past month which was on a Saturday and I was busy at the time. They never called back to confirm a booking and after a month and me chasing up on the issue have they booked the callout. The lady that I spoke to at Master Audio Visual Umgeni was very rude and certainly not trained to speak to customers. So a month without the TV and not sure how much longer a repair would take. Very disappointed.
Attempting to get a settlement letter from Capitec is such a strenous process. I have attempted using email and telephone calls for the past two days and I have been unable to draw a settlement on a loan I have with them. Does Capitec dislike having the money owed to them, being paid???
The new RCS site is literally quite useless. How do you guys not test before putting an updated site into production. I am attempting to make use of the self service portal which I have been using for a long time, to make my monthly payment but I am unable to do so on the new site as when I select the payment option, I get back values of 0 being displayed for what I owe and I am also seeing NaN errors being reported on the page which is a no no for a production site.
I recently tried to sign up for a premier credit card, since I already have a premier cheque account with you guys. However, after a lengthy application process via a telephone call, I was told that my application was being declined as it was only accepting me onto a private clients account. I told the consultant that I dont want to change to a private clients account and to cancel my application. I get a call today from CCD couriers informing me that my private clients debit card is ready to be delivered. Firstly, I applied for a credit card and secondly I asked to remain on a Premier account. What is FNB doing? Not the level of competence I would expect from such a large institution.
I have been utilizing the services of TingTang online who provide an assortment of treats at fair prices coupled with fair delivery prices as well. Their offerings keep my little one happy with respect to snacks he enjoys. Their service is prompt and efficient and as such I would highly recommend them.
