Rain I'm not a happy client at all, my account is on -R4400. I went to your Rain app and did a cancelation till today not canceled. Your call Centre is not picking up calls. I'm not happy at all with your services. You only give people attention when they want to join rain but when they want to leave it for other better services providers you are not giving them attention. I ONCE GOT THIS RUDE INDIAN LADY (REGGY)I EXPLAINED TO HER MY ISSUE AND EVEN GAVE HER REFERENCE NUMBERS AND ALL SHE SAID WAS SOMOENE FROM ACCOUNTS WILL CALL YOU AND DROPPED MY CALL

Was involved in a car accident (R21 closer to Go bid)on the 7th of January with an off-road Military Tanker and their service Bakkie. I was asked to submit quotations for damages and I did so ASAP till today no response from them.
Very bad service with poor communication. I have send them pictures for them to access my car for damage 2 weeks ago till today no response. I tried call no answer. Their WhatsApp are not even been check
Im claiming as a third part. Respond is very bad and the always put you through call centers unnecessarily. I have two full weeks now without any communication from them and the appointed damage assesser are also ignoring my whatsapo and calls

Buying Parts at Silverton Midus has left me in dept. I bought parts at midus and they were wrongly supp****. I asked for refund on the 21st Of September till today (31 days +) i haven't received the refund. They are giving me turn arounds and when i ask to speak to the manager they said she's not around. This is my second review as the matter hasn't been attended at all. They are not even answering my calls any more when i follow up
MIDAS SILVERTON, THEY ARE GIVING ME RUN AROUNDS FOR REFUND. I ASKED FOR REFUND AFTER THEY SUPP**** ME WRONG PARTS TILL TODAY I STILL DINT GET MY REFUND BACK. THE REFUND WAS PROCESSED 23 SEPTEMBER 2024 AND AFTER 3 WORKING DAYS I FOLLOWED UP AND THEY SAID 3-7 DAYS. TODAY I CALLED THEM THEY SAID WE WILL CALL YOU BACK STILL NO RESPONSE. I SENT THEM AN EMAILS STILL NO RESPONCE
