Still delivering to old address changed . It’s over a month now since I ordered phones and requested for an address change but it’s still being delivered to the wrong address
I ordered a phone on the 15th Jan which was never delivered . It got returned back to Vodacom due to them not changing my delivery address on the 24th but for some reason the warehouse still hasn’t received the phones to cancel the contract and I can’t even order new ones Please cancel the order
3 weeks later still haven't received my order. I placed an order on 2 phones on the 15th of Jan 2025, everything was processed the 17th was told to expect delivery seeing as the delivery was going to happen sooner than expected. I requested change of address to be delivered to a different address and it was confirmed the info will be passed to the courier people. on Monday 20th the skynet tracking was updating with order received, again I phoned vodacom to check address has been changed and this was confirmed. on Thursday 23rd. delivery was sent to the previous address and not the new one . I again called Vodacom to check why address was not changed and was advised it will be checked with skynet and changed. on Friday Skynet called me to check about the new address which i then provided to them and was advise delivery will happen this week . on Monday 27th i check the tracking it shows the order has been returned to Vodacom . now its 3 days later Vodacom still hasn't processed the return and dispatch the delivery again. i call Johannes from Vodacom daily and I keep getting the same stories with no resolution. I have requested for escalation but nothing has happened still
incorrect order received and poor service to resolve the issue. I spoke to the store manager Eugene after collection to advise the order was incorrect and he didn't have a resolution jut an apology so maybe I must eat the apology. I didn't receive chips with my order and also the chicken was incorrect
query still not resolved. we almost 5 months into my ***** query and it's still not completely resolved. only partial of the refund was paid, I'm still waiting feedback on the balance
claim not resolved to full satisfaction, the refund received was not the full amount. upon querying it the bank is giving us a run around. when we reported the ***** case, we highlighted on the statement all the transactions that Didn't belong to us that amounted to R7820. these were airtime purchases and EWallet's to the number that had access to the account's cellphone banking and other numbers as well that we didn't recognize. the bank only refunded transaction of the *****ulent number but none of those he sent money to friends or family. the refund received was only R6161.
FNB Has failed to investigate a claim of ***** and identity theft by their Schweizer Reneke branch and return the money ****** from my nephew's account. there is a lot of Sassa cases of identity theft happening in that branch. teenagers who just did IDENTITY DOCUMENTS get targets. their details are used to open easy Zero accounts so access Sassa money via cellphone banking. my nephew realized this when he tried to open a account, the branch then said they had fixed the issue and allocated him the same account number, but it seems the person who first opened it with their cellphone number still had access via cellphone banking and was *****ing money from the account which was intended for my nephew. now we logged a claim in feb already, but the departments are blaming each other. ***** sent us to care department but care says its a case for *****. can someone at FNB look into this and assist. My Nephew is not the only person this is happening to. there is a lot of ***** at that branch. please contact me regarding this
Good day my Sister Vuyelwa bought a t-shirt on the 12/02/2022 , she wore it and spilled something on the t-shirt which caused a stain . when she tried to wash the t-shirt the writing on the t-shirt peeled off . on the 16/02/2022 she returned the T-shirt n the store for refund/exchange but was told it would be sent to the assessors . the assessment came back to say it is not the manufactures fault that it peeled off and would not be refunded . but how is it her fault if she washed it and it just came off . now the excuse is that she worn the t-shirt . yes she did but now when she washes it . the writing peeled of and this is the fault of the manufactures
my husband and I went to eastgate at 18:30 to do a gift card . the lady couldnt swap the card said it was damaged a replacement is needed to be done. she phoned customer care . they helped him but upon issuing new card they found out all the cards they have dont work which seems to be negligent if u ask me anyway she told us to go to another branch. we went to the glen got there after 7 . the lady phoned customer care. Chandrie didnt seem to be willing to help from the sound of it. she queried the id. they emailed her the copy. she asked my husband a few question. he couldnt remember his old phone number he opened the account with which was more than 6 years back n forgot to mentioned when he opened the account he was doing a learnership at sebenza . the lady just said she cant help coz he got the questions wrong. to me it seems this Chandrie just didnt wanna work. even the lady at Markam said she just sounds tired .
