Last year June I purchased a queen size bed at your Tableview branch. Not long after that the \ventilation\" attachments started falling off. It was just the one, hence me not reporting it. But noe its seems like all of them are starting to fall of. I paid over R7000 for the bed and for that price I expect a bit more. Now I have holes in the sides of my bed and its not a pretty picture to look at. "
I bought a six pack first growth milk on saturday at checkers in sandown and yet again I was disappointed with the quality of one of the parmalat products. Two of the litres were sour and now I dont even want to open the rest of the milk.
I never ever expected to be a victim wrt unauthorised debit orders. I never check my account because my debit orders stays the same every month. this month i notice that a debit went off last year with a strange reference name. i called our magtapes department to get contact details for the company that took off the<br> debit. today i received notification who the culprits are. I first call the call centre (which im still on the line with for almost 20 minutes, apparently first in line!!!!) I also sent an email, but have not received notification that it was delivered. Its amazing how quick you can take the money but not quick to answer your phones. I need the money refunded to my account with interest.
Thank you to the the gentleman who assisted me 8th Dec 18:15. After a long day you would expect staff to be lethargic but not this guy. He helped us quickly and efficiently. Service like that can not go unnoticed.
I visited your store on the 25th and bought a couple of necessities. I went to your deli to buy cold meats. The afternoon my husband made us sandwiched only to discover that the meat was not completely cooked through. I normally do my shopping at your store and this is only the second time I have a issue with one of your products. The first time I was asked to come to the store to return my product which was completely not an option taking in consideration the amount of time u have to spend to get the product refunded. My question is, does anyone do a quality check on the cooked product?
Today I bought a hero chicken, avo and mayonnaise combo. It was stuffed full of spicy avo to a point where I can hardly taste the chicken. Halfway through I could taste that the chicken tasted a bit off. I eventually took out the chicken to taste and what a horrible experience. I always eat at steers and hardly ever complain about my food, but today I just have to. I approach the ladies and asked them if it was fresh and they confirmed that it was. I can honestly say that it was not, consuming expired food can lead to food poisoning. Nothing happened to my concern so I had no choice but to dump the food and leave. Definitely not supporting Steers again!!
I need to compliment the gentleman who assisted me Friday late afternoon, after or just before 6.My hands were quite full at the time because I didn't have a basket. My intention was to only buy what I needed, but then I started to look at the prices and thought 'why not buy it here'. While browsing in the 'toothpaste' isle a gentleman actually came up to me to bring me a basket. This is now the second time that someone has offered their services. And besides him going the extra mile I need to compliment the gentleman and the till as well. He offered to put my babies milk in one big bag instead of putting it in individual bags. I get great service whenever I go there. Keep it up.
