Do not use this shop. We ordered two printed pillows for over R600 on 6 December 2024, and after endless nagging, we only received them on 12 February 2025. This delay is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the print did not go edge to edge as shown on their website. Instead, each image had a border around it, making the product misleading. When we raised the issue, all they could say was, "Sorry about that, sir." I strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this business—they simply cannot deliver what they promise.

I renewed my contract with Cellucity (Clearwater Mall) and received a new Sony M4 Aqua. The phone was only 3 weeks old when it started to overheat and switch off draining the battery. I booked it in for repair on 11 October 2015. Devon assisted me and was very helpful. The phone was in pristine condition with a cover and glass screen protector fitted.<br> During the first week I received a call from the Vodacom repair centre and they said the battery fault was repaired, but wanted to know about a crack near the SD card area. I told them that there was definitely no cracks of any kind on the phone when I booked it in as I am very meticulous with my devices and it was only 3 weeks old. So either the courier or the Vodacom repair centre themselves cracked the phone.<br> <br> A week later I phoned the repair centre and they said they were waiting on a call from the Cellucity manager to proceed. They said they would phone me the following day (Friday), but to no avail.<br> The phone has been in for repair for over 2 and a half weeks now and I still have not received feedback from anyone. This is pathetic service from Vodacom!! Job No: 11121683
