I have wrote an email to them about my decoder not working. Was sent to take it to DSTV agent who confirmed my decoder was not working. Called today 19/08/2025 @ 9h20 and agent told me that she can't locate my claim on the system. The phone just cut off and they don't even have the nerve to call back
This company helps me to start my business which involves logistics and transport. I'm greatful for them for giving small business a chance
I've submitted a claim in 5 September 2022 and this company has not finalized my claim. They keep on sending the report of the loss adjuster back and this is the second time they doing this. It just tells me that they are looking for reasons to decline the claim as it seems they contracted loss adjusters who can't do what is expected of them. Both sides are really incompetent in their business. This is my last experience with such bad service insurance company.
My insurance validators has sent all relevant information to get billing and beam reports for myself and my wife both Telkom numbers 0833380669 and 0840545944. My claim is on hold for almost 8 weeks now because Telkom does not return their emails and don't respond to the request. Why should we have service providers that can't help with a simple issue.

I'm waiting now 3 months for a response from them but it's always a delay from service providers which are out of my hands. The service is really terrible to wait 3 months for a claim to be finalized.

I have bought a car heater fan from "Start my Car" in July 2018 and now the item is not working. They informed me that they have NO refund, repair or exchange policy. This means once their items are bought you cant return if there is any problem with the item. Im taking them to the Consumer commission.
I have wrote more than 4 emails to Iburst on 12, 18 and 28 of August about my Panda activation code and nothing have happened. I always get excuses that an senior engineer will call me twice but this never happened. Im really fedup with the bad service im receiving from the company while im paying them for a service which they cant provide. Im on the move of cancelling my contract with them.
My name is Harry Guys and one consultant from 24/7 ASAP called me once to introduce their service to me and I informed them im not interested and but they continue telling me to test the service via my cellphone but I never subscribe to the service nor did I gave them authority to deduct money from my account. I need all the money back which was deducted from my account. My bank debit order shows: 24/7 ASAP TSTG050239 . I have a tracker and it seems the company is working with Tracker as I never gave them my bank details and they can go and review their recording tapes of the conversation as this is clearly fraud by their sales consulatants to generate income for themselves and should be held accountable for bad business practice.
