Shocking service by Plumblink Head Office and Finance department. Withhold rebates from Service Providers and Customers. I can only imagine how they treat their staff if this is the service they provide their customers with. I have never come across such a poorly, unorganized, unprofessional plumbing supplier. 10 years support and service means nothing.
I have a RA with Old Mutual for more than 25 years. I have requested a balance statement and what documents are required to do a section 14 transfer to Sygnia on 3rd Nov 2025. I have sent 4 emails to follow up. If i phone I have to hold for 20 min each time. What kind of service is this? Other funds have a balance online available to check daily?????? I have no idea how much is in my fund nor the interest i received on my return??? Please send documents URGENT Thanks Kathy Evans
MTN took it upon themselves to cancel data sharing without notifying their contract holders verbally or in writing. I have been a loyal MTN user for years. This is against the National Credit Act. This is SNEAKY !!!!! Please reinstate data sharing or allow contract holders an opt out of contact choice to go to another service provider who will better suite their needs. What kind of service is this? You cant change a customers contract conditions until the contract has come to an end. This is disgusting !!!!
I am insured for my business laptop which is specified on my policy. I pay a premium for this. Unfortunately my locked MV was accessed via remote jam locking and my laptop ****** out by LOCKED boot. There is video footage of the incident however the only people allowed to view this footage according to the POPI Act are SAPS and detectives with a summons. My Insurer has denied my claim due to the fact they cant view the footage. Apparently POPI Act does not apply to Western National. No negligence on my part 30 days and the new excuse is that it was not in a locked garage. My apologies I will have to speak to the shopping center about this........seriously ? Why do we have insurance? My business is reliant on my laptop !!!!! I have had to purchase a new laptop our of my own pocket. I do hope they refund me for the missed sales that I was out of commission due to a crime !!! Shocking customer service.
I approached LPC to sort out a number of short comings from the Attorney firm I used. Attorneys failed to take instruction from me the client, Attorney made deals with defendants without consulting me the paying client and VITAL information was not handed over to the magistrate or court system. My Attorneys refused to issue me with a statement of account until I complained to LPC they then sent me an account for R100 000.00 for work that was not requested from them by me. LPC response was to use another Attorney firm and pay again? How come Attorneys & LPC do not have to adhere to the Consumer Protection Act nor the National Credit Act? Disgusting that LPC does not reprimand or punish the Attorney firm for operating *********ly and making ******* deals. My appeal is pending and I have approached the Ombudsman for Legal Service because LPC cant do their job either...........Where is service delivery? How come I don't get what I asked for or what I paid for? HIGHLY DISGUSTED
I do not recommend this Legal Firm, I asked for an Emolument Attachment Order where the defaulters would have paid me directly instead Heyns & Partners went to court and obtained a court order that pays all my monies over to Heyns and Partners. 2 years now and I have not received one cent. Heyns and Partners have overcharged me by R 40 000.00 they refused to give me a detailed statement of account. I went into their offices and instead of helping me and giving me my detailed statement of account they instructed all staff not to have any dealings with me nor give me any information regarding my account. Per the National Credit Act I am supposed to get a detailed statement of account each and every month. Heyns and Partners refuse to give a a detailed statement of Account. My legal fees for a straight forward case is now sitting at R 91 000.00 with no explanation. I cannot recommend this legal firm. Any body with any advice on how to get my detailed statement of account and Emolument Attachment order (Requested over 20 times in writing) would be appreciated.
