Useless and doesn't cancel debit order after cancelling subscription
Useless. Cancelled my subscription for the end April, yet I've been debited for May. Account queries department never answers the phone after holding for 30+ mins 3 times in a row. STAY AWAY FROM SUPERSONIC!!!!!!

Useless
<p>I have paid the settlement amount on my Credit Card last week Friday 14 July at the Absa branch in Vredenburg. On Tuesday 18 July I went to the branch and they confirmed that the account has been settled and closed. Today I receive a message that the account is still open. Why is Absa always lying to customers. I just want the account closed! </p>

DirectAxis - No Response
<p>I have been trying to contact DirectAxis for over a week to close my account after paying the outstanding amount. Their call centre is down and have been for over a week. Every day there is more outstanding fees. I JUST WANT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!!! I have already paid the outstanding amount!!!!!!</p>

Non-Existing Service
<p>I have been trying to close a paid-up and settled revolving loan for the past month. After visiting the Clearwater Mall branch paying the closing fees, countless phonecalls to the branch I am still struggling to close the account. How can one institution be this incompetent. Now the account is accruing fees which i refuse to pay!!!!!!!</p>
