The technicians will install and leave and a day after you haven't been connected. They dont have support line where you actually speak to a person, their WhatsApp is answered an hour later and the person is exactly like a robot, no help at all. No customer care whatsoever, I feel sorry for Vodacom being in partnership as it also drags their good name...
Ordered mutton briyani and received only yellow rice. I called the shop and they dropped my phone twice, so I sent pictures of the food on WhatsApp but only received blueticks. This Cane cutters is situated on Edwin Swales. Really shocked.....
They will say they contacted you for delivery when such is not true, when you contact them on the numbers provided on the internet the number doesn't work. Bot/whatsapp is automated, when you choose to speak to an agent no one ever comes through. Emails are not being responded to. They are really unreachable hence the service is poor, bottom of the barrel quality....
They only care about enriching themselves and will pinch the little the debtor has left. When you leave them they create a false invoice pinch more from them and they will refuse with your file. They don't pay creditors on time and as a result interest will keep on accruing. No interest of clients but their pockets only.
This is profit driven establishment looking to generate profit from already indebted individuals as opposed to assisting them. They don't pay creditors on time resulting in interest accumulating and no progress at all towards the debts. They will pinch more money from their victims as far they can possibly go. When you terminate their mandate they will create a further invoice titled "after care invoice" but they fail to explain exactly what did this after care mean or entail. So basically they are only there to enrich themselves....
Service seems wonderful until they owe you money. I made a payment of R5000.00 towards my account erroneously but shortly the debit order went through. Initially they denied the payment stating it doesn't reflect on their side 5 days later until I provided a proof of payment. Upon receipt of the proof of payment they created a statement of account with arrears over R1000.00 and, despite my last invoice being upto date. This statement of account was meant to justify why they can't refund me my total amount. ********* business practice from a security company meant to protect communities. Im really defeated...
