2 of my payments bounced due to My business account being closed . - Account was opened less than 2 months ago. - as a rule, Client should be notified before deactivating it, then proceed to close it if still no deposit made into the account . - I have never received even a single notification. - the entire day been trying to get hold of my banker at nelspruit crossings but did not take my calls I ended up calling the call center, they called her from their side telling her to answer my calls. Its only then she answered. - I got no assistance from her cause she could not solve my problem, She told me that she will process this on Monday. - how crazy is that? For starters in mess cause someone did not do their jobs. - I phoned credit and Risk, also didn't get help. Who and how do I escalate this incompetency, carelessness, negligence, ********* behavior from your employees
Appalling client treatment at Kamaqhekeza branch. clients made to queue outside
For weeks trying to get certificate of service, no one seem to have hr number. Nobody wants to share their contact details, hr mobi cannot verify. no one to guide ex staff on how to retrieve that document. Sent an email to HR at the head office Francine, but did not come back to me. Can somebody assist urgently

Fingerprints issue, Still waiting for feedback, called back to the bank , but did not get any help, for how long will i keep wasting money going to the bank and not getting any assistance???? 4 Months later, still not assisted. Area Manager Sibusiso Dlamini always promises to assist or call back but he never does.l Last night Ricardo (True caller) called, phone rang twice and i answered then he hung up.
Since June been trying to get a loan but could not be assisted because am told that they cant pick up my finger prints, even head office cannot. requested balance balance to settle, i cannot get that cause they cannot pick up finger prints on the system, cannot log complaint on their system cause apparently it needs fingerprints. Spoke to Sbusiso Dlamini - Area Manager in Nkomazi region, he always promises to get back to us, 4 months later still not helped.
