WORST CUSTUMER SERVICE.
Please get people that want to work and do the work right from start. Struggel to get my child registered from the beginning from Jan 2026 with the subjects that she wants. All you want is money and more money, and it must be paid before a certain time witch was done and you only reply after 3 days with someting new that must be done. When you call IMPAQ, you have to hold the line from 30 min and longer to speak to someone IMPAQ MUST GET THERE ACT TOGETER OR I WILL COME TO YOUR OFFICE AND SORT THE PROBLEM IN PERSON.

Bad service
Bad service. Will not recomend worst vehicle tracing company. Want money after contract is canceld more than a month ago, and if you do not pay you will be listed on credit bureau.

Bad service
Bad service. I have cancelled my contract with Netsrar. Because the vehicle is sold and new owner doesn't want Netstar. They keep debit my bank account. I have reverse the payment., nou they want to list me on credit bureau for bad payment. Wil not recomend Netstar.

Cancelation of insurance.
I have send emails to cancel my insurance and WhatsApp because i have sold my truck more than a month ago. And still deduct money from my account. I will never do business with Mi way insurance again and will not revere any business to Mi way ever.

Bad service
Something went wrong with my app. I used to have 4 cars with cartrack and now i have only one car witch isn't even mine. I've got a new phone and the app ask me to login, but I forgot my login details because it was always set on stay login, so I used my phone number to retrieve my login details. If something this small can happen, how are you gonna get a ****** car back. That is bad!!! Please fix this. This is wat happened, the next day Some one from cartrack phone me and sed everything is sorted, but it is not. Please get your **** sorted or else I wil go to a nother compony with better service.

Bad service
They want customers to upgrade meter from KRN1 to KRN2 but no assistance from them. Bought token from local vender in the hope to receive the codes but no luck. Vendor said (Spar) i must contact CITIQ PREPAID generait the numbers for me which i have done. I have send emails, send WhatsApp's and called them for the past week, but no luck.
