Athi was a pleasure to deal with. I really am a very happy OnePlan customer, it's now out second year with OnePlan pet insurance, I highly recommend. All queries are dealt with very quickly and it's a very easy process to use their app or helpline.
I previously had an issue with the Tygervalley Branch, but it has since been resolved. I'm updating my review to reflect that the business took my concerns seriously, and I truly appreciate when a company listens and responds to customer feedback.
TYGERVALLEY BRANCH *******! Didn't try to find the fault and still charged me for screen replacement that didn't need replacing! I took my phone to Mobifix because it wouldn’t switch on. Without conducting any diagnostics, they immediately replaced the screen and charged me R900. Unfortunately, the phone still didn’t work properly afterward, so they took it back in for further inspection. They were unable to fix the fault, and I ended up having to purchase a new phone from them. I was told the R900 would be credited toward the new purchase. Since I didn’t have a working phone, I arranged for a family member to assist me remotely, and they transferred R5000 to Mobifix on my behalf. I never received a receipt at the time, so I requested one afterward. When it was emailed to me, and the total was R 4800. It didn’t reflect the R900 credit they had promised, also overcharged. I contacted Hamza, who had assisted me, only to be told she no longer works there. I then reached out to the store manager, Roderick, who said he would follow up—but I never heard back. This experience felt like a complete rip-off. I would not recommend using Mobifix. Oh and the cherry on top, I found another tech that actually fixed the phone!
After moving recently, we needed to find a new vet, and I’m so glad we discovered TAH! The entire team is wonderful—friendly, helpful, and truly professional. We recently admitted one of our cats for a procedure, and the experience was handled with such care and empathy. I highly recommend the vets here. Thank you, TAH Plein Street!
I highly recommend Oneplan! We have the Classic Plan for our two cats, and it has been incredibly valuable. Recently, one of our girls needed an unexpected procedure, and the entire process—from pre-authorisation to the direct payment to the vet—was seamless. The Oneplan team is empathetic and extremely helpful. Having pet insurance for unexpected situations like this is truly invaluable. We’re very happy Oneplan customers!
I would highly recommend PETport to relocate your pets. Our 2 cats and dog were well taken care of by the PETport team. The communication from beginning to end was excellent, with continued updates and pictures throughout their journey. Thank you Elouise, Jacques and team. You made this part of our stressful relocation that much easier.
Thank you Siphamandla, your help is greatly appreciated. 5 stars for Pineapple Insurance. Siphamandla at Pineapple insurance assisted me today and he was very helpful and professional. The process to sign up is easy, their app is very user friendly, all the employees I've dealt with telephonically were professional and helpful, the whole system is seamless. In the intense and highly competitive short-term insurance market there are not many providers who display this level of responsiveness and professionalism. To be honest, I was literally quite blown away at how quickly they got back to me and dealt with my queries. Super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend.
Today I dealt with Thembakazi Mbalane who was such a pleasure to deal with, helpful and quick to respond to my query to upgrade my pet insurance plan. Truly a breath of fresh air dealing with a provider that understands how to provide efficient and customer-centric service to their customers.
Third attempt at review as my reviews are simply removed without any opportunity to provide evidence. Let's see if this one is censored too. I do not recommend Renew It Rivonia. Over 6 weeks for simple repair. Delays due to parts on order. No courtesy or empathy for clients. Over 6 weeks to repair one door
Resubmitting a review as their feelings got hurt last time with the FACTUAL and TRUTHFUL statements I made, I have receipts and evidence to back up all statements. Before I proceed - all consumers should know that you have a right to take the approved claim amount and have it paid directly to you in order to use a service provider of your choice. You DO NOT have to use Discovery Insure sub-par providers such as Renew It Rivonia. 1 Oct - My vehicle was smashed in to by a 3rd part uninsured driver. Claim Submitted 4 Oct - Claim approved. 8 Oct - Renew It finally contact me to book car in. 18 Oct - Car dropped off at Renew It Rivonia 1 Nov - first complaint sent to Discovery Insure - no response 18 Nov - second complaint sent to Discovery insure. 20 Nov - Car due to be collected, advised not ready. 21 Nov - collect car - still has visible damages so I reject the job and instruct them to complete it. Additional parts need to be ordered. 26 Nov - STILL waiting for parts but car is drivable so I collect it with the promise the work will be completed on Friday 29 November (I won't hold my breath) SIX WEEKS without a car. Discovery Insure does nothing to follow up and prompt the service provider. DO NO RECOMMEND
