Currently experiencing the worse customer service ever! If your case is being handle by either Mashapa Thereso (the main problem), Nerasha Opperman, Sandra Dewall, Cindy Kunene, Keke Buyeye, Promise Masigo then you can forget about getting any updates or reaching a conclusion with your case. Settlement form was received, agreed and returned over a month ago and they have since gone silent with no indication of payments on my motor accident claim which was logged on the 29th December 2025. Save yourself the headache and take them straight to the Ombudsman.
Worse customer service ever. Goodluck to anyone trying to locate a missing parcel that they lost.
You wait whole day for your schedule parcel to be delivered as promise... No show, not even a text or notification explaining or rescheduling. Then you as the custom have to contact them for a follow up, which surprise surprise leads you nowhere.
Don't even bother with their Whatsapp line service. I got one reply every hour (if I'm lucky) then no reply till the next day like its normal... What a joke. Giving that 1 star because I'm being forced too otherwise 0 works best when thinking of Skynet customer services.
Worse customer service. Trying to resolve a double payment. Number, no answer. Email gets the same copy and paste reply every second day from Anna.
