Poor service

The fabric its supper but their laybye policy when it comes to cancelation it sucks I am now forced to buy cause I want to cancel they cant give you your money back but instead they'll give you a voucher and this is terribly boring

Try something different the system is not welcoming

Went to cancel my layby by akermans maponya mall and I was told by lebo and her manager that they cannot refund me due to that I have lost my slip and they will give me a voucher and I told them I dont want anything at akermans so I am now forced to provide a slip that I dont have,so in this case what do I do and I want my refund

Bad experience

Terrible experience with bradlows bought a TV then now is not working I went to the store to log a ticket so they can come take it for repair but still haven't been contacted it's now 2months since I provided my serial number,im not happy at all with the experience I should have known that they don't attend queries once they have gotten a sale but bad experience 👎👎👎👎

Is it possible for me to return a TV at bradlows cause I went to the store twice 1st in January to complain about my TV that it's not working they said they'll call me and again February still no cal and they still keep deducting on my account I cant continue like this

I used to sell Avon in 2022 then paid it off and closed that account in 2023 December now its 2025 they calling me that I owe R800 how cause I never took anything from them,there is no way im paying for that amount please remove my name from the dept list

Bad experience from imile delivery

Worst bad experience ever happened to me,I made my payment for tax on the 22nd of July and it's now 10 days already have emailed them my purchase slip they said they'll fix it in 24hours but my purchase is still pending due to unpaid tax which I paid I'm already ****ed with the service never again.

Poor service

Purchased vumatel Fibre on the 28th of January they could not deliver the router due to that they did not have stock then they came on the 11th of February to install the router so since then I have been trying to reach them for a passport and no 1 is getting back to me I really thought it was a best choice o made but noo,they provided such a horrible bad poor experience for me I'm not happy at all worse I already paid and meaning I'll still have to pay again come next week,poor service 😢worse I spoke to 1 person from their department provided me with a WhatsApp number which is I'm always speaking to a non responding robot I am very missed that I want my money back and want them to come take their *******

Complaint

I have always been a fan of payjoy even referred some family members to them but what they did to me is that I settled my payjoy account and they kept texting me to pay even after settling and they also called di send them POP with the same account that I have been using but now I have been handed over where else I have already paid 🤔
