Someone needs to report this company they never phone never said who I owe but sending me messages to threaten me and advised that they will send a tracer to my employer for the funds I advised who do I owe they can't answer me

Disappointed ☹️
I am just having the worst of luck with businesses and customer care lately I app**** for a tablet and I was told two weeks ago it's approved all good and well they said five business days and this was on my birthday thought yay telkom made my day Two weeks later I receive no feedback nothing unless I call myself I called them over the weekend they said it was mistakenly declined and will be reissued Four days later and still nothing but a debit order mandate is sitting on my bank account for something I do not have 😞 Telkom please

I paid for this order 30 September It's 13 November and nothing no order no details no contacts me nothing Rentoza I think it's time you are reported to the CPA because this is beyond unacceptable It said delivery in seven days when I ordered then you changed the ETA Today is 45 days since I placed this order and absolutely nothing from you

I paid for a Nex playground and I'm stillw aitong for the error to be resolved I paid for this Monday today is Friday I paid and didn't hear anything the thing says my name changed it never changed I'm still Monique Birkenstock when I click next it gives the same error I'm infuriated by this please help Or return the funds then but this is not fair I always struggle with you I did with a fridge and now again

Mtn If I could give this a no star rating I would I ordered a home router which is prepaid I missed one installment and I mean in this economy one has to decide what is more important I paid 420 and was told I must pay another installment and you will switch my data on 1 September I got paid today and bare in mind I am a mother of 3 single mother the last 5k I had left in my account you took I logged a call last month saying I want to continue with a normal.298 debut order 310 and gave you my new banking details you went ahead and debited the 4 600 clawback I have an email from Nombulelo at customer care stating a reference for the clawback to be reversed and a normal debit order to to off BO0072841 is the reference number and Today you took food off my table my kids necessities my transport money out my account How the **** do I explain to my boss I got paid today but I cant come to the office tomorrow cos my whole salary was debited I want this attended to as in now as in urgently I wad a vodacom customer for many years and convinced to come over to mtn and I regret it with every last bit I have

Theft paid but no order
I am baffled by the service I'm receiving Money went off my account but no order I escalated it to the customer center and the restaurant I was told I'll be called back I'm still waiting I was a loyal customer of steers ennerdale always ordering online but no more I want my 340 back immediately This is theft!!!
