I am just having the worst of luck with businesses and customer care lately I app**** for a tablet and I was told two weeks ago it's approved all good and well they said five business days and this was on my birthday thought yay telkom made my day Two weeks later I receive no feedback nothing unless I call myself I called them over the weekend they said it was mistakenly declined and will be reissued Four days later and still nothing but a debit order mandate is sitting on my bank account for something I do not have 😞 Telkom please
I paid for this order 30 September It's 13 November and nothing no order no details no contacts me nothing Rentoza I think it's time you are reported to the CPA because this is beyond unacceptable It said delivery in seven days when I ordered then you changed the ETA Today is 45 days since I placed this order and absolutely nothing from you

I am baffled by the service I'm receiving Money went off my account but no order I escalated it to the customer center and the restaurant I was told I'll be called back I'm still waiting I was a loyal customer of steers ennerdale always ordering online but no more I want my 340 back immediately This is theft!!!
