You guys along with ackermans are ****mers you want me to pay R85 I've requested banking details from you on the 1st till date no response but you have the audacity to send me threatening sms that you've sent my account to the bureau and then add interest to my account and ask me to pay R200 you guys are ****ing *********** and want to make it your customer fault
I emailed them requesting banking details so I can make a payment this email was sent the response was that I should send it tenacity customer service which I did on the 1st of September till Date no response but you guys gave the audience to add interest to my account thereafter send me an sms threatening me that you sent it to the bureau you guy what ****ing bull**** is this you asked me to pay R85 and then you threaten me to now pay R200 because you added interest due your inability to respond to my request
I have excellent service so far from discovery but I am extremely disappointed with the fact that you guys don't cover baby vaccines it is something that every child is supposed to have but you guys don't cover we added my newborn to medical aid only to find out the vaccines are not covered and we'd have to pay a cash price of close to R2000 for his vaccines do better guys the reason i took medical aid with you guys is that I would have to go to a clinic I'm pay over R2000 for medical and you guys can't even cover the most important things for my bed even his meds well colic drops etc not covered please do better guys seriously

Absolutely disgusting display by one of the female employees dressed is the most skimpy attire with half her body on display we went in and waited 10 minutes for assistance no one was at the till or around to assist and when the female came out from the back her skimpy attire was an absolute put off thereafter she kept cutting me off as I tried to speak and only addressed my partner with a flirty behavior I have never in my life experienced before
