Good day, i just want to say how dissapointed i am in KFC delft mall, they promote specials online and if you buy they say it was in December, so how do you mot update your website or application for almost 3 months, what are you actually doing, i phone KFC delft mall and they assured me it was in December the special and not now almost 3 months later, i am so disappointed coz i bought that special coz there is a drink with, only to find out i must talk to customer service its not them. If i could attached a picture of the order and special i would have, but the application not allowing me.

Good day Its been a couple of days and still nothing, i only got a message they will look into it and nothing further, almost 2 months and they did not give my money back, so i wont suggest Pedros chicken to anyone, very bad service and even the office people cant do their work properly, its a whole ***** thing. If i could give them zero stars i would, but i hav to give them one star they dont deserve.
Good day, so i bought a meal at Pedros more than a month ago, after an hour or so they called me only to tell me they dont deliver in my area but my money will be return to me in a 2 to 3 working days, but still nothing, i sent several emails, but no reply, they just forwarding my emails to each other and cc me in it. I have sent an email again still nothing, Marlon Marinus, Rashied Williams, i really hope you see this review, these are the people sending my emails back and front to each other.
Hi, just wanted to leave my review, I have been using Uber for years now, the have gotten so bad, one time my phone was ****** Uber implying it was my fault, how many times did the driver not have change, I ask him to put it on my credit, I gave him a R100 he put R8 on my credit, that was only one incident, how many times dis it happen always it's my fault, the price always changes and then they say I was charge an addition fee because of an additional stop which I did not take, how many times I have explained it to them, they sent me the same message everytime just showing they do not read my message otherwise they would have know there was no additional stop, there was no waiting time as the driver was stating, it's all lies, I have to take Uber every day coz I can't use public transport to where I'm working and I do not have my own transport, so Uber have ****** me of so much money lately I won't suggest them to anyone.
I am so dissappointed in Mr Price fashion, so I bought a gift for someone, the person want to exchange it since it's too big, she went to the shop and they said that I should get in contact with them, so I phoned head office and the put me through to that particular branch twice, but the phone just ringing, no one picked up, after I tried myself so many times they picked up and just put the phone down in my ear, so unprofessional, so now the person I bought the gift for still having the gift and can't exchange because I am not there whereby I can't go because I am at work, I wanted to deal with them over the phone but as I said before they not even picking up the phone, I won't recommend anyone to open an account with Mr Price, I am considering closing my account.
What a bad experience I had, and fixing my phone which took more than a week for a LCD that which is cheap to fix, I have to pay an excess fee of R650, so I pay for insurance which is more than a year almost another phones money and a access fee now, no I'm cancelling my insurance with TFG Markham's and considering closing my account aswell.
