I really wish there was a worst rating than 1 star for Claude and his company! June this year it will be 1 year we started the worst journey with VIP Flooring, Claude Daniels! Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced in my life! People should be warned against him and his company as he is full of excuses and his work is up to Sh..T! I would never ever recommend anyone to use him ever. The floors crack, the colors aren't mix well, there are bubbles in the floors. He even went that far to not clean the floors before applying a products, and all my dog hairs are now stuck to the floor! Phone call after phone call, email after email, even lawyers letters, and he still does not care about customer service. PLEASE, DO NOT EVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY, VIP FLOORING! Very easy to TAKE people's money when the work is not completed!
With the COVID19 epidemic, my Company is a NON Essential company, and we are closed, NO WORK, NO PAY. I proceeded with the COVID19 payment relief application for my Smart Spend Loan, and Credit Card.. A couple if days later I received a msg on my FNB app, stating that my application has been approved and they are lending me monies to pay my debt over the next 3 months!!! I am like what!!! Another loan from FNB, to pay my debt, really.. like we can afford any more debt. I then proceeded to phone FNB today 2020/04/14, to explain, that I do not want another loan, I need help with payment relief, I can't afford to pay off another loan, the gentlemen proceeded to tell me that, that is why FNB wants to give me another loan, so I don't fall behind on my debt, and that I can pay off the loan on a longer period as well, etc.. The more I said, I do not have the funds to pay off another loan, I need help.. so the only choice they are leaving me with, even after phoning, emailing etc, is just to not pay my debt?? I am a loyal client, paying my debt every month, and they can't help me??? Really disappointing, and there goes my credit rating, and FNB not getting paid..
I ordered a phone online yesterday 27/09/2017, whereby it states, "Free next day delivery", hoping to receive the new handset by latest 29/09/2017. Today the call centre phoned my husband as the handset is on a new contract on his name, to let him know that delivery will only happen next week! How can you on e-mail state free delivery next day! I ordered this handset as it's a birthday present for our daughter for Saturday! Falls advertising!
<p>I bought 3 packs of curtains, all the same. Hanged them and they are not all the same lenghs, how is this possible. We checked the lenght of the railin and that is perfect. This looks horrible!</p>

<p>I booked tickets for the 23rd of October to see Annie at Monte Casino. Unfortunetly we had a family crises and want ed to changet the dates, not cancel, just change the dates. So I phoned this morning, changed the dates to the 20 November, with a penalty fee of 15%, which is R 225.00. Not sure why I even need to pay this fee as I am not cancelling, I am chaning the dates, not taking anyone else's seat. Computicket not losing the money!</p> <p> </p> <p>The I receive a call back from the call centre agent, no sorry, it's actually 50% as it is more than 30 days from date of booking! 50%!!!! This is more than the ticket price... Aren't your calls recorded, and all I get is a sorry, she calculated it, and she counted the days!!! Now I need to give my R 1500.00 tickets away as I can't pay the penalty fee of just chaning the dates!! Nice Computicket, now I must tell my daughter that she can't go because I alreay paid R 1500.00 for the tickets, now I must pay another penalty fee!</p>
