THEY JUST DONT RESPOND, OXYGEN *****S. YOU PHONE THEM THEY GIVE YOU THE EMAIL TO SEND THE LETTERS TO. YOU DO AS THEY ASKED THEN YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW UP AND THEN BOOM THEY BLOCK YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS FOR COMMUNICATION. WE ARE PAYING THEIR SALARY'S FOR FREE FOR THEM TO STRIKE AND DO NOTHING.

I wish i could rate this business zero, i will never refer anyone to them. They are definitely unprofessional, full of themselves. They take matters in to their own hands and do not even care if they crossed the line and did not consult the body corporate regarding big contractors spending. They want to tell us who IS trustees and think they can hire and fire trustees as if they own the body corporate. PLEASE DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH MANAGING YOUR CORPORATE.

MY PACKAGE WAS IN PRETORIA DEPOT FROM SATURDAY TILL WEDNESDAY AND UP TO DATE NO FEEDBACK AND YES THEY DO NOT ANSWER PHONED HOLD ON FOR 20 MIN AND ALL THEY SAID TECHNICAL ISSUES WITH PHONES AND DROPPED THE CALL.... pleasE DON''T USE THEM THEY SHOULD CALL THEMSELVES SLOW WAY
I have updated my banking details of which i informed and provided updated details twice to MTN, of which they confirmed it is updated. However they never updated it and did not take their payment no further communication from their side just suspended my account. When i try to resolve this with their compaints department i get ignored for two days. Have to treathen them with ombudsman just to get a response then no assistance regarding the actual complain but to get lectured on my language rather than solving the problem. I use my wifi for work so apologies for my frustration? SECONDLY I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF MTN FOR YEARS..... Don't use this company please they are so poor with their admin and do not give a damn about their customers.
