I have cancelled my insurance weeks ago and you still owe me a refund. Why is there now only radio silence? This needs to be sorted out this week or I am approaching the insurance and consumer ombudsman!

Since you cannot get even the most basic instruction right, like taking a debit order on the 26th not the 24th, I am cancelling this insurance with immediate effect. And I want the money back that i already paid. Not to mention that your app still does not work, even after 8 phone calls and several links sent to me. I cannot deal with this level of non service, it is utterly ridiculous.
What the hell is actually wrong with you? You have once again listed me on ITC for a missed payment in November! Are you fn insane???????? I paid everything I was supposed to pay, even the small amount you sent via WhatsApp. I already have a case against you for the other ITC listings, and now you go and do this again!!!!!!!! Where is the email or phone call that I have missed a payment before you listed me? Not to mention that I PAID ON TIME AND PAID THE FULL AMOUNT. If this is not fixed RIGHT NOW, I am opening a legal case against you today. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!
I clicked on the apply now button on Clearscore for a loan, since Standard Bank had a 'special offer.' I was called by AXOLILE MATSHISI who took me through the process and then said I was approved for a credit card with a limit of R30,000. He also sent through the credit agreement after the conversation. Then, when I went to the branch in Greenstone to see if the card had been delivered, they said the card application had been declined. So what is actually happening? In the same time I have struggled with this nonsense, I app**** for and received a credit card in two days from Discovery Bank? Why would you let me go through the process, approve the credit card, send the agreement, only for the branch to say I have been declined? Why waste a person's time like this?
It is literally only in SA and at Cellucity that you would experience an issue opening an account while having a good credit score. Not only that, Cellucity in Bedfordview is the only place where employees would laugh at a customer expressing their frustration at this issue. And, we weren't even the only ones experiencing this dreadful service. Carry on like this, and you will soon have no customers left. We were already helped elsewhere, and those you treat as badly as you did us, will also simply go elsewhere. We have some class so we won't name and shame these employees, but they know exactly who they are. And, as countless other reviews have said before this one, employees at Cellucity are far more interested in their own phones and gadgets than helping customers apply for contracts or buy devices.
You have listed me on ITC for missing payments in 2022, 2023, and 2024. How is it possible that I have missed payments when I have bank statements proving otherwise? THIS IS AFFECTING MY CREDIT SCORE, SO YOU NEED TO REMOVE IT NOW!!!!!!! Otherwise I will be laying a complaint with the NCR and all the other relevant financial institutions!!!!!
Bought 2x Moonstone beds and bases through Teljoy and it has turned out to be the worst purchase I ever made. 2 months later, both mattresses have dents all over, they are squeaking terribly. Edblo used to be known for excellent quality beds. The ones we bought before lasted at least 15 years, and they still had no issues. What happened??? We literally cannot use these beds now and the Teljoy contract is for 36 monts, so what are we supposed to do?
Why have you listed me as a slow payer on ITC????? I literally pay you in the middle of the month, LONG before the end of the month. WHAT IS HAPPENING????? I am in the process of applying for a home loan and this has now caused problems with the amount I qualify for. You had better sort this out very fast. I pay every month according to the amount on the invoice. You even send me the invoices earlier now, SO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM???????? If this is not sorted out today, I will email the ombudsman and whoever else that needs to know about this!!!!
