We had a confirmed and fully paid family room booking and had informed the hotel that our son uses a wheelchair. On arrival at approximately 21:00, we discovered that his wheelchair could not fit through the room and bathroom doors. We were advised that the only alternative was a paraplegic room with a connecting room at an additional 50% cost, which we could not afford. After 22:00 on New Year’s Eve, we were told that without paying the extra amount, no assistance could be provided. We were also denied an immediate refund, leaving us without accommodation or access to our funds. This experience felt discriminatory, as the advertised family policy did not apply to us solely because our child uses a wheelchair. Six days later, we are still awaiting our refund.
I've received a package from Temu that was torn/damaged. The query has been questioned I was was denied a refund. Pictures were sent as proof. But Caren Owen can only keep arguing the point that my package was delivered. I've made several attempts but keep getting denied a refund on missing items

Review on Spar Roodeplaat. On 31st November we popped in to grab a few specials we saw at spar as we were enroute. 30 minutes later I realiser the amount paid was too much compared to what we expected. I checked the till slip and to my amazement, the items advertised were charged full price. Called the store. They said we needed to drive all the way back to be assisted. We got there. No one seemed to know how to sort out the issue. spar online complaints never got back to me to apologize or even say something was being done. I was a holiday maker in the town and picked up the error, I can only imagine how many daily customers are over paying thinking they purchasing items on special. That's daylight cheating.
I would like to share my recent experience with takealot. I must say I'm really impressed. I ordered a handset that was really well priced. I than requested an invoice which was not showing the correct item. I notified takealot and I was assisted speedily with the correct handset and to my surprise delivery was even sooner than expected. I am really impressed and would recommend anyone who needs a handset check with takealot, they very compatible, efficient and honest to there online adverti*****ts.
I have purchased a honor x7b online on the 16 Dec. Received item on the 17 Dec. As soon as I the handset I noticed it was a 6gb on the box. I mentioned to the delivery guy that was not the item I ordered he said to call makro customer care. I called immediately. After several calls I was referred to the vaal branch. I tried communicating that a 6gb was what I received but a 12gb is what I had ordered. I was told to take the handset in to the store for a boost. I was not impressed because nothing of that sort was online. I was communicating with Jacques and Cathy at the vaal store via email. I was not impressed by the feedback. Eventually I arranged for a collection of the handset as it was still sealed. Collection took place on the 24 Dec at 15.15 by a very unprofessional guy. I've made several attempts to call Makro and spent hours regarding feedback but I'm so disappointed until now nothing. I called makro vaal and was told Cathy had left. Valarie is on leave. I asked for feedback and was told I will be refunded R4899 that I paid. I told the guy but I paid R5199. And he says according to his knowledge I returned a 4gb. That is false. I don't want a refund. I want the honor x7b, 256gb rom and 12gb ram as that was what I had ordered online. I'm very disappointed that I'm not even getting feedback from Makro. No one seems to care.
Good day. Sadly on the 11th December 2024 I seen a vodacom adverti*****t online. I clicked on pls call me back. I received a call from a vodacom sales lady.. she agreed I could get the deal and assisted me to do an upgrade. As she concluded the order she mentioned 650mb + 650 mb on the honor 200 lite deal and I corrected her saying the online adverti*****t stated 650gb + 650 gb. She stated that unfortunately that was an online print error. I told her I understand in condition she gets someone to correct the online adverti*****t. Days later I noticed the adverti*****t hasn't been removed or corrected so I made several attempts to calling and emailing vodacom. Everyone appologised that it was an error. I kept begging for the adverti*****t to be removed onlineas it was false advertising. Today being the 31st December 2024. The adverti*****t is still online, not corrected. I think that's clear false advertising. And I should be entitled to the offer as it is still being advertised. I can understand human error but it's not fair after I made so many people aware at vodacom of the error no body bothered to correct it.
