We app**** in 2025 and received student number 250565943 and accepted. Come Monday 19 to apply we struggle to log in, finally the system works. From 8:00 until 11:00 my daughter trying to register only to be told that it is full and program closed. Someone called Mmokeb reply with that statement. So no matter how early you try to apply still full and no help with online application as no one answers the phone to assist or guide when struggling. This is sad that for the second time 2024 we app**** for 2025 accepted, then full 2025 we app**** for 2026, accepted still full. Why do they offer online if no one can be deligated to assist online.
This is the worse experience ever. We have app**** last year 2025 received student number, 250623240. What was it for if people are can only process documents and not finished the application? To this day, application under consideration. So when is work done when from 2025 to now nothing has been done by our applications? You are told that they are offline yet others are registering, how? How are they getting through or at least status changed? Since we have been waiting. Now we can't register, what is going on. This is sad!

Documents uploaded but not proceed only matric How do we apply when the person that we are told to communicate with does answer his phone since on Monday Mr A Burt (021 953 8484) His expention no one is ever there no matter what time you call. That guy is not there actually no one answers their calls or reply to emails sent by my daughter. So now what? It's horrible how you are treating us. Registration due soon. Why are the documents not proceed to this far. It's really sad how we are being treated

I was involved inn am accident October 2024. I finally collected my car March 15, due to some delays with back order. When I collected the car, I called to say that it is making a noise when I apply the brakes. I managed to get home. The car was also pulling heavily on the right. I sent the car back, I was told everything is done and explained. As I drove same noise and steering wheel. I was asked to bring it back. I did It came back the same. I rebooked and drove with Brendal and Peter the mechanic they confirmed the noise. I booked my car last week Tuesday and collected on Friday 4 April. My car is making another noise and I asked did you drive the car yes, did the mechanic drive the car yes. My car there for at least 3 days and came with another problem. I called Brendal Friday again, to book my car. He said Tuesday 8 April. I am really disappointed and frustrated of all the money and time I am special sending this car back. I was told that my steering wheel needed to be reset, like I am the only one picking up this faults. I am sending it back again, but the service I have received bad. My car is going for the 4th or 5th time same issue. Where is the mechanic, technician like none of them, who does final checks. Not happy with the service. If it was something new I would understand but no, brakes, steering wheel, noise. Same!
After my review on Monday 3 of March I received a call from Nissan SA, Pheladi saying that my airbag has been shipped and she will confirm my email. She didn't, nothing. I called Friday 7th March asking to speak to her, I couldn't get hold of her. My accident was on October 25 2024. My parts ordered 7th November 2024, still after 4 months I don't have a vehicle parked at the panel beater "Airbag" issue. I am definitely going to sell this car one day when Nissan decided to get me an airbag. Back service received, even the manager, you never get to speak to her, Theresa they page her still no help. 5 months no car,
I bought a new magnite 2023 and October 2024 I was involved in an incident. November 7 parts were order and to this dat March 3rd 2025 Nissan doesn't have an airbag for my car. I was told the matter is been escalated, still no feedback from Japan as said. I asked how long, 7 months or 10 months. I want to sell my car,but i can't before it is still with panelbeater. I am so disappointed and regret buying a Nissan. I am the one who calls Pheladi will never give feedback unless I call.
