I requested my username and password to be reset via their email custoner support channel. A week later my request has not been actioned and informed by a call center agent " my request has been resolved. I rep**** informing the agent it has not been resolved to which I have not received a response, pathetic customer support. INN8 why don't you have an automated process to reset usernames snd passwords
I played the lotto via the Capitec app yesterday, my winnings have not been paid into my account. I play regularly assuming the funds will be paid into my account and never checked until now. Capitec please could you advise snd I would like you to check if there are other lotto winnings that never got paid into my account?
Tymebank's channels to contact them are useless. I called the customer contact center and was put on hold and kept being reassured I was number 2 in the queue, after waiting 2 hours and still number 2 in their queue I hung up Tried their whatsapp channel and was totally ignored after repeatedly send "Hi" either confirmed double tick delivery. Come on TymeBank, you're a bank with no physical branches your contact channels should above and beyond to compensate for this.
Trying to get information on my.late mother's deceased estate, initial engagement at first to non existent. I would like to view my late mother's bank statements as I suspect the executor has not totally transparent with all her movable assets, which my son, daughter, niece and nephew are beneficiaries
I recently joined eBay to sell some items. Their fees are ridiculous they took $100.and left me with $38 they take a percentage of the whole total including shipping which the buyer pays for. Then they deducted from my payout from a previous sale fees for a sale made after were the funds are on hold. Ebay is the worst e-commerce platform I've used. Customer is firstly an AI robot then you are given the option of contacting an agent, which seems they've all been rehe****d to give the same answers and purposely avoiding to answer my main question.
Hi I want to share my experience with TymeBank's call center. Yesterday I was on hold for 1 hour and being constantly reassured with the digital assistant I'm next in the queue I eventually hung up. Today called again after waiting 10 minutes I was told it's the wrong department put on hold again another 1and half hours I hung up again. The self select options 3 and 4 both direct to same department. Been trying to get my issue resolved since Friday still no progress as of 16:55 on Monday 7th April. The WhatsApp help line has no response, was informed it's not working, if that's the case put a notification informing your customers. Seems as if management are not doing their jobs.
Hi Tried ordering a coffee at the Sasol Houghton Burger King to be told the coffee machine is out of order. The coffee machine has been out of order for over a year. The toilets are filthy and smell disgusting I almost puked my lungs out when entering. The worst Buger King I've been to.
I had to go too 3 different locker sites to deposit a parcel The first 2 "Pin does not exist" The 3 site greeted with error message on screen and locker's computer frozen. I've had the same "Pin does not exist" issue before. Shocking service.
