I've taken my car in for panel beating, had been warned by others that this place is no good. My car came back with broken parts (parts that were not broken when leaving my car there). They cause more damage, job is done extremely poorly. They full of false promises. Avoid this place at all costs.
Lucky for him there is no lower rating, this guy thinks he is doing you a favor, he is extremely rude, calls his customers cheap, he is also very ******, will never go back to him.
Autostyle false advertises stock. This is now the second time that I order an item only to get feedback a week later that they do not have stock. This is a real inconvenience and pure disappointment.
I've called in and needed assistance with logging an accident claim, Thandeka assisted me. She was extremely helpful and assisted me till I was satisfied.
The week started horrifically upon check in. We got there at 7am, we were refused the paperwork to be done and also refused the arm bands to enter the valley of the waves. This was a whole day wasted. We were told that we only allowed to check in at 2 (understandable - however this should apply to all guests - some were assisted). We got to a very long queue at 1;30, the queue took extremely long (we were only given our keys at around 3:30). There was a couple right in front of me that complained, they were then called put of the queue and helped by the manager. This was really not fair at all. There was just frustration all around and clients using vulgar language in front of kids (they were also pulled out of the queue and assisted). We were not even able to get towels for the vacation club pool. We had a room that had a lot of ****roaches. Complained to reception, I was promised a solution spray that never arrived We had baby spiders in the room, the guys had come. to fumigate, but the smell was very strong. We got to the room at 1:30 on the one day, but our room was still not cleaned. Your rooms don't get cleaned properly. There was dirt and a plastic ring behind the door from the day we checked in. From the precious renters, until the day we checked out. We always had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Our draw with the bin kept on opening (never closed properly), it would just randomly open and hurt out legs. The globe in the braai stand was fused. We complained . They only came to sort out after 2 hours. The table outside's steel bar was broken and hurt my daughter on her feet.
Very impressed, We had a burst tyre, not even 2 minutes later, we received a call from Matrix telling me they noticed an impact on my car.

I've order groceries, Items never arrived, no phone call received, They issue you with a pin, for god knows what reason. Status on delivery is delivered. This is *****, the drivers take your items, and claim its, delivered. UberEats, do not refund your money, Please guys save your money and rather go personally to buy what you need, instead of running at a loss.
Stayed at the Reserve in Sun City last week. Had a few issues. 1: the room was very far off from the parking, to carry all the bags was mission, got soaking wet the day it rained walking all the way back to the room. 2: we had a clogged shower in the 1 bathroom, complained to reception, they sent someone to sort it out. But it was not fixed. 3: the remotes were not working properly for the TV. 4: the safe was loose, when locking it the 1 day, the entire door came off. It stayed that way until we left the room. We complained, the guy came to take the door to fix it, but never came back. 5: the dishes in the cupboard still had food on the plates. we had to re-wash everything we used.
