I was assisted by a cashier called Nobesuthu at Steers Mthatha plaza on a special of cheesy meal burger, she was very rude. I understand it is hot it not customer’s fault we are there to buy with cash not to beg for burgers. Her attitude is stinking, i wonder what grade does she have. You cannot be assisting people with fast food and still give them attitude. I said i want the amount to remain 64.90 as per the advert, she corrected me with a stinking nasty attitude saying i am putting it wrong, i must say i do not want extras not what i am saying, who the **** does she think she is ? Does she understand Steers is Steers because of customers?. Kindly educate your stupid employees.
I am no longer working, i made an arrangement to pay a less amount at capfin, i paid the amount this morning as per the last month agreement with their consultants. Later on today capitec has decided to deduct the money on the account immediately after i have received, it did not even take a second for it to deduct, i can see as per reviews you do not take arrangement. Unfortunately this time you will take it by force my loves, i will not pay for 7 months cause the installment that you just deducted is equal to 7 months payment plan as per the phone call agreement, meaning i have paid in advance. Do not put any of your money on Inuka wallet when ordering, inuka does not want to send me back the change left after i have ordered products. I have requested for refund it has been a month now and they have been saying they are calling i never received their call. There is a policy that I am not aware of that I have been reporting calling the head office, even going the to branch at Alberton to request cancellation, but it keeps on deducting. I am not working for policies that I do not know, it deducted again today, this is the forth time it deducts and I started reporting it calling head office on January, what kind of a company are you???????????? That cannot assist people with mere cancellation??????????? I want All my money back this is disgusting. I want my money back, what nonsense is this????????? No man Best Eletric or whatever you are I want my money back????? How does a person reach out to you for more than 10 times to cancel an unknown policy but you do not asssist???? Now I can't do my things because this nonsense of a policy deducted again. Please cancel this thing and give me all my money back, Hayibo ndasenjeni nini.
They only respond when you send a message via hellopeter. They will never assist and rather tranfer you back to switch board and afterwards cut the call. You call switchboard, the lady will say “Mancosa good day” 2X and hung up the call. So for you to respond to querries we have to write to hellopeter, worst experience ever.
You are ruining our credit scores, closed the account on January 2025, you could not deduct on February, I did not receive even a single message that you were unable to deduct after i cancelled the contract, phoned you on March after checking credit score, you sent me back and forth that i need to contact experian if account was in arrears and i paid, not you . But you are the ones who informed experian when the account was in arrears, phoned vodacom again to understand why you still ruining my credit score, why are you not updating experian as you do when account is in arrears one of your agents told me the account is in arrears, You are messing with our credit scores!!!!!!!!!! Paid the account again even though it is on prepaid phoned 7 days later, spoke spoke to Nompilo she told me the account is up to date but was not updated by subcriber collection or whatever find out if the account was updated after checking credit score still not updated, why???????????? No guys stop sh*tting with us
I would not advise anyone to study at this college, the so called student advisor Nomvuyo Sebe blocked my calls after registering who is going to help me on things that i might require assistance with?. All departments if you finally get hold of someone to talk to after holding for 5 hours they will transfer you again to another department, filthy service, trust me, i will make the last call Monday, if you still do not give straight answer to my query, i will deregister and trust me you will never get your tuition fee from me. Such a horrible service.
Worst bus ever, left the station before the exact time it was supposed to leave, and they said I should use another bus that will be there in the next 2 hours Jobela, of which the bus broke down and we were only picked by this other Badela bus only after 7 hours, the lady at their head office with the number 0631263277 is the most rude employee I have ever spoke to and their drivers. U shall never book this bus, unless you have time to get bored.
The worst part is , all my policies are with capitec, first time making claim and this is the worst experience ever. How can one make a funeral claim on 3rd January 2025 and the claim is still under assesment on 10th of January, where is your symphathy as Capitec? Your premiums are affordable, but the experience when one has to claim is a nightmare. No wonder most people prefer Old Mutual.
