Very poor service and unprofessional
So iv got a few funeral policies with Disc-chem ...and since the 1st of the month still waiting Fr them to debt my account .but then it's going to my fault ...for not paying but they dnt take thier money when they supposed to and I'm never late on any of my payments when I try and call in they put me on hold for 1 hour ...just so they can debt my account I mean now really this is very unprofessional and I'm really not happy with them at all ...

Old Mutual has become very unprofessional
So I have kids savings plan with old mutual since the 22 of jan IV been struggling to get them to withdraw my kids money .... every time I talk to different agents they give me different stories then I have to start the process over and over every time I sent all my documents...they forgot to send me the tax residential paper work they only sent it last week I had to fill it out and send it back and thts what I did ....they keep telling me they sending it the manger or other departments so they can start the withdrawal process and yet im still waiting ....waiting our own money ...Old Mutual is not the same anymore as they use to be back in the day now it's a struggle to get my own money back from them .....they said 9 working days it's the 4th of Feb oready still no payments has been made ...this is very unprofessional and I'm very disappointed in thier service really not happy...hopefully il get my kids money soon and then cancel the whole policy aswell

Bad service with no communication
So recently I ordered a washing machine online at Game online shopping I actaully bought two.. The second machine came the pass Sunday the 1 of June I opened it plugged it in it was quite small I thought it wud be bigger I just tested it to see if it works I never washed washing with the machine.. I then requested a return it's been 7 days they never came to fetch the the machine they give u the run around this person calls tht person calls but no one comes to collect the machine.. A lady from customer service called me only after I chatted to some one on WhatsApp from game she requested I take pictures of the whole machine.. Saying they maybe won't take it back n I have told her I just want to buy a damn bigger machine this machine I'm sitting with is too small n for till bran new it's back in the box itust be assessed first then they will l t me know if they going to take it back or not... I will take this damn m chine back to the sto e it came from and demand my money back they have have been giving the damn run round fr a whole week.. A simple damn thing just to come collect the the machine send my money back so I can get a bigger 1 what Is they damn prblm this **** service I have never had to Deal with... And I always buy stuff online but this is now the first... And the the machine comes from Game store in midrand... If they do not collect this machine they will be seeing me very soon... With this small damn machine

I want my money asasp very ****ed off with this *** service
So I ordered sneakers online last month it was delivered but it wasn't as nice as I thought it was I was requested a return they took time to collect lyk almost to a week anyway they collected eventually then now I had to wait almost 2 weeks for my money to be returned returned to my acc keep in mind the sneakers was R2999 the money reflected in my acc was R2250 so where is my balance I sent Teboho emails on emails I called the store spoke to Ronald still no money this is the the second or or third time Teboho has done this to me I must always wait fr my money now th y se do back short Money I am ****ed off I want my Money back I will never order from. Them again Teboho even blocked my number because I have his personal number aswell very unprofessional

Uber eat driver now *****ing customers food
Yesterday I ordered food from burger King but through Uber eats... I paid fr my order was tracking the driver called the driver abt 10 times he did not answer he was standing still on one spot and not moving.. Waited fr an hour fr my food.. To my surprise the driver said he delivered my food to me.. Which is a lie and I trued calling him afterwards still no answer I'm so posed off at this service the Uber eats driver r now *****ing our food that we paid for how unprofessional is that
