I ordered stuff from Shein, and got the tracking details stating the parcel is with Skynet. I have been waiting now for almost 6 weeks since i placed the order. Yesterday morning at 09h54 i got a phone call from the driver saying he is lost, my sales rep in the office explained to him ho to get to our offices, that was about 3 minutes away from where he was. Parcel never arrived and i never heard from the driver again. This morning i phoned the call centre and was only assited after been on hold for 22 minutes. The lady told me it is with another driver and he will be here by 12h00 today. I phoned again and was holding for another 20 minutes before someone answered the phone, i was then told that the driver does our eare between 14h00 and 16h00 so i must just relax and be patient.
I went to the clinic on Monday and was seen by Dr. Hanan, what an amazing dentist he turns out to be, or so i thought. They took me for the X-Ray and afterwards explained everythinf to me had a look at my mouth and i explained to him that i had a root canal done 3 years ago, that has been giving me issues for the last year and i am not getting a dentist that is willing to take it out. He then told me that i will need 2x back teeth in order for me to not use my front teeth the whole time, no problem got the quote and the amount in my opion is not bad. However he then send me a quote from Dr. Patal to treat the root canal and not take it out like requested. I have been asking since Monday for the quote to have the tooth removed and new replacement in it's place with no luck, i am just been ignored.
FNB is by far the worst bank to deal with. I have a personal, business and a Trust accounts with them. Getting them to asssit me in sorting out documentation and getting documentation from them is a disaster. They just ignore e-mail after e-mail and then i get told go to the branch someone will meet you. Go to branch and there i have to sit and wait for 3-4 hours and still nothing gets done. Appiontments is made for Saturday get a message sorry can't make it i have emergency and after that for weeks nobody gets back to you. So about a week ago i asked for documents to ne send as i am out off the country until January'2026 just to get ignored. FNB by far is the worst bank, or is it becuase the accounts doesn't push throught millions on a daily basis.
Very dissipionted in American swiss.....my husband bought me a Silver and a Gold infinity chain in October last year for my bday. So the chain an pendant on the silver one has turned black. Took it into the Festival Mall shop and was told they can book it in to have it cleaned but there is going to be a charge. How do you tell customers you sell something that is Silver but it's not. Very very frustrated right now.
By far the worst medical aid ever. You pay a monthly amount and when you really need them they are not available. We are sitting with a medical issue for the last year that they are just refusing to pay back the money that was paid. We had to pay each and every doctor as well as the hospital amount came to R1m and they just saying sorry we will not pay you....we gave everything to broker to handle as he is also getting a yearly fee but he also just stood back and didn't bother to do anything. Why do we still have to pay for a medical aid that means nothing to us in anyway. Please guys whatever you do....do not sign up with this medical aid.
Sanlam is by far the most useless company to deal with. We are struggling for the last 5 months to get answers from them about money that was supposed to be paid out to a deceased husband. The 2 people that dealt with this policy is just pulling up their shoulders right now and pacing the bucket. The person is actually thinking off moving over all his personal stuff like business and personal insurance but by the looks off the response we have been getting my personal option is he should tell them to take a hike.
This is by far the most useless cell phone company out there. We have been struggling to change banking details with them since 28 March'2025, and it has been a battle day in and day out. So, we have 6 contracts with Cell C, and all off them is used for business and only one goes off the business account the rest goes off a personal account. So, we asked for this account to be changed from personal to business and it is just not happening. So, the one lady I spoke to told me that a person earning a normal salary is able to pay for a R4000.00 account but the business that has more than a million rand turn over can't afford to pay for the account. You can't get hold off anyone in the business department as the people in the call center is just saying they can't be contacted we need to wait for them to phone us. Just a head up as well, we will be closing all accounts with Cell C.
I would really not recommend Cartrack to anyone out there. They claim to be the best, but they are not. This is not something I like to do but maybe it will help somebody out there before they choose Cartrack for a tracking unit. We have a Fleet account with Cartrack so all the company vehicles is under one policy. We even have an Fleet accounts manager that sends me documents every month, getting hold off that manager is impossible as she is just not responsive you can't get hold off her via e-mail as she doesn't answer and phoning the fleet department and asked to be put through to her is also impossible as nobody knows who she is. So, we bought a new vehicle, and we asked the insurance to please add the vehicle under the current policy whereby I was informed it is not an issue but to have full cover we need to have a tracking in as this is a very high-risk vehicle. So on Monday 07 April'2025 I phoned Cartrack to ask if they can asssit in getting a new unit fitted before Friday 11 April'2025. Unit was discussed with the sales person everything was done from her side, I asked her to send me an e-mail stating that we did in fact request for the unit, that never happened. So, I was transferred to the scheduling department where I was told they can help me on 17 April'2025, I told the lady that I don't have time I only have time until Friday 11 April'2025, she responded and said no problem I will send an e-mail and get back to you, never happened. So on Wednesday 09 April'2025 I phoned again...it took me 30 minutes to get through to them and another 30 minutes to get to the right person, and then after 10 minutes I was told that sorry mam the call have been longer for 10 minutes I will be putting the phone down, I only wanted him to wait for the e-mail to come through. So, I never got the e-mail from him, phoned again and got hold off someone in the Fleet department to assist me, I explained to him exactly what happened and the problem I have. He asked me to put everything on e-mail and send it to Fleet@cartrack.co.za that I have done and I only for a reply saying thank you we will be in touch. The salesperson from scheduling department phoned me back and said he did send a message; I asked him what number he used, and he gave me an old number for the lady that is not even with the company anymore. So, I got the e-mail saying that the unit will be fitted on Monday 14 April'2025 @ 08h00 so there was a technician assigned to this installation for today, at 09h30 I phoned just to be told another lie from them in saying that the technician phoned me to say he is running late, I never got a call from that technician, so then I got told that they are looking for another technician to have this unit fitted. I had to cancel everything that I had planned for the day just because they can't keep to the schedule. To anybody out there, please reconsider if you are putting in a new tracking device as Cartrack is not an option.
This company is the worst company any person can deal with. They went and blacklisted a client for R 109.00 due to a job they didn't do. The unit was cancelled and they still tryed to debit the account that lead to non payment. They claim that they phoned to say that we own them that money but after reviewing my phone records i have nothing on record that they even tried phoning. I phoned them this morning to ask what is going on wereby I was told that sorry you need to phone Nimble as you were handed over and blacklisted. Attitudes received from both the persons i spoke to, told me i can do whatever i want to they don't care. I told them that i will put a piece on the internet telling people about the way they treat customers. They just said it is fine do what you feel like doing. Never will i use them again for any off my fleet vechicles.
