Number Change - Terrible Service
Really wanted to give you a 5 star rating but your service was below average yesterday 26 February 2026. After I settled my loan, I needed to borrow again but I needed to change my number. None of the consultants could help me. I had to spend money to call your customer support who were not helpful at all. All I wanted to do was change my number and it seems like a difficult task for the PrimeLoans Team. Really disappointed.

NO RTP NO WIN
I started playing on this site not so long ago and only one time did I win. I was focused on the new Gates of Olympus Super Scatter and it took all of my money. Over R3000 lost. When you get a tumble win the multiplier is small. No jackpot just winning small amounts but I deposit a lot. If nothing changes I will have to close my account. This site is unfair

GREEDY SITE NO RNG, NOT RTP JUST LOSE
Hollywoodbets is the greediest site ever. I have lost over R10k in the last 3 months. The games are too cold. 23 January 2025 they will be collecting again. Pragmatic play is broke avoid those games by all means. What kind of RTP let's a punter lose over R10k. I guess the RNG on the slots is against me because I keep losing.

I was looking at my deposits since 20 December 2025 and total went over R10,000.00. During this time I was also taking breaks, trying to gamble responsibly. I realized that Hollywoodbets collects more than any other site I gamble on. Here you deposit R1000 and within 2 min it will be finished. 15 spins bought with R100 and you win R1,71. You buy again and win R15. Your RNG is rigged and RTP does not exist. Either that you guys are in financial distress and just eating our money. You are really unfair. Ironically even with all the bad reviews you are portraying yourselves as a wonderful company on social media. You make billions of rands at the expense of people's lives. Forgetting that those billions come from us. Pragmatic gave someone R1.1m not so long ago and is now collecting from us to reimburse itself. I wonder if that punter is not know to anyone on Hollywoodbets and you guys work together to chow the money. We will never know will we.

Today I bought R800 voucher and played Gates of Olympus Super Scatter. And it was just chowing. How much must I bet in order to win. When you call please send me my account activity from November 2025 till 10 January 2026. I want you to see that you guys have no RNG nor RTP. NO RTP, RIGGED RNG, TERRIBLE SITE ZERO STARS
This site is the worst. The spins are cold, no features, no wins. I have lost over R9000 since 19 December 2025. I take breaks in between and it is the same. Buy spins and all of them are dead. Please look into my account and rectify the constant losing. No fun experience, no win, no RTP just automated responses from clueless agents talking about I must take a break.
