Thank you to the Serg. N Mamilasigidi, Officer Shabalala and teams at Sandton Police station for excellent service and professionalism when dealing with the reporting and investigation of a robbery.
I placed an online order (0Rk9IbSQ) for collection on the Black Friday Sale (23/11/2018). When I went to collect the order was not ready. Despite being 6 months pregnant I was made to stand for 45min and wait while they followed up. I was then told the system was down but they would deliver to my house. It is now a month and a half since and the order has not been delivered, despite several complaints and queries with PnP's customer services.
I joined Discovery Vitality a month ago. Since then I have been trying to register my pregnancy and my toddler for Vitality Baby. Discovery’s website has had he same error message since then “sorry this service has a technical problem at the moment, please try again later”. I have phoned the number on the website and got through to the IT department who couldn’t help me and I have phoned customer care who promised to email me with feedback (I am out of the country) and they have not done so. In the mean time I am missing out on vitality benefits and points, but discovery are happy to charge a monthly fee for my toddler!
Before starting my maternity leave I paid Awesome Moms for their service. They sent me documents to complete which I did and sent back to them. They then told me they would not be able to lodge my claim until January 2018. In January I resent the documents to them, reminding them to submit my documentation. I didn't receive a response, so I sent several more emails which were also ignored. I have phoned several times and the phone is not answered. I have SMSed and received no response.
<p>On CellC's coverage map it shows full LTE coverage at my place of work (about 2km from Call Headoffice) yet I have no cell phone coverage at work and my cell phone is a work tool. I have a "month to month" contract which I tried to cancel in November 2015. It is still not cancelled and I have made another request on 29 September which is still not actioned.</p>
<p>Coricraft have simply ignored my phone calls and emails regarding a damaged leather couch that was delivered to my home. This is after they could not find my order on the system when I went into pay the balance (in response to an SMS from Coricraft) and charging me R1500 more than advertised for the same leather as the display unit.</p>
My husband took me on a surprise romantic getaway for our 1st anniversary. Unfortunately despite the accommodation being advertised as luxury with aircon it was a flat on top of someone's garage and although it was beautifully decorated it was hot as hell and there was no aircon. We did not sleep the first night and phoned lekkerslaap in the morning to tell them the accommodation was not as advertised and was so uncomfortably hot we could not stay the second night. They told us the bed and breakfast owner had falsely advertised the property and they would refund our money for both nights (even though we said we only needed a refund for the night we did not stay). We just needed to send an email explaining the nature of our complaint. We did this and have received no response other than that our email had been sent to the bed and breakfast owner. We consider that we entered into a contract with lekkerslaap that included air conditioning which they have not adhered to and they need to refund us. The B&B owner is their supplier.
