FNB Revolving facility
I have been trying in vain to get assistance with my Revolving Facility for 2 days now. Have been put through to numerous other departments with unclear prompts. While money was taken from my account on the 22nd of November, it is STILL NOT REFLECTING on my revolving facility, and I keep getting messages that legal action will follow. Please get your act together FNB. Very poor service.

Appalling service from MiWay
I would just like to warn anyone who wishes to insure with MiWay about the appalling service. If you are already insured with MiWay, change to another insurance company immediately. I recently put in a claim on my laptop, which is insured for R19 000. After not hearing from them, I called. They told me an agent had called and spoken to me, which was false. I was also told that the company who checked the laptop, told them the replacement value was R4000. This company sent me their report , and no valuation was included - another lie. I've sent numerous emails to MiWay, ALL of them had so far been ignored. When I contact them on Whatsapp, they simply refer me to another person who doesn't respond. It has been a very unpleasant and frustrating experience. Please don't waste your money on insuring with MiWay, you will regret it

I dealt with Donovan, who was absolutely incredible - professional, with excellent response times. He also went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting me. I highly recommend O-yes Properties and particularly Donovan. A 5 star experience!

poor service from Rain internet service provider
i need somebody from rain to contact me regarding my non existent internet connection. Nobody has ever replied to my messages sent to customer support!

Illicit debit orders
I have cancelled my membership with this company and they continue to debit my account. Last month an additional debit order for a totally unrelated amount was also debited from my account. Isn't this against the law?
