On the 12th of December, RePair team was paid in FULL R2250 by my pensioner parents to have their fridge repaired. It's more than a month later, the fridge still doesn't work, the freezer now isn't working and now they want to send their "best" technician who couldn't RePair it for the 10 visits he made to remove spares in order for me to get a partial refund. Don't ever use this company and their technician Richard. They don't know what they are doing
I am from a non-profit organization and I purchase for over R10 000 monthly from your store. I purchased items for R3000 and I took away on Monday. Then I purchased for R7000 and because my vehicle is too small. I had asked for it to be delivered. Delivery was also paid for. Your driver arrived at my home yesterday, with pathetic attitude and I was very upset and asked him to leave my premises. Which he refused to do. This made me even more upset. Eventually after me calling the store numerous times, I finally got through and I spoke to someone. I left all my details, I received no call back. I now call the store, got cut off 3 times, left my details, still no call back. They are sitting with my groceries, while people are going hungry, Normally, a guy goes to Chatsworth and takes our food parcels for us, he left today, and we didn't have the parcels, because of the incompetence of staff, now I need to pay this guy to make a special trip for when Makro does decide to call me back? I have 19000 people on my Facebook group, must I advertise there that people are now going hungry because Makro doesn't know how to return calls? And because their drivers are rude and arrogant? Am I too small of a customer to be treated properly? My whole experience with them was horrifying, I waited more than an hour to actually pay for my goods, because there was only 1 person working at the bulk tills. Makro doesnt value us as customers. I need to supply food to people who are starving. Please decide if you guys want to sit with my groceries, or if you want to return my money to me.
Tracking Nr: HT ********** 0 Delivery was expected and attempted on 22/05/2018, there was nobody at the address so the package was taken back to Dawn Wing Warehouse, there was no attempts made to contact me upon delivery or the next day, I had to call and check up, the package was left at the warehouse with the "problem packages" Delivery was attempted again today and they still tell me I have provided the incorrect address.... So I now dont know my address??? I called the office yet again!! I spoke to a consultant, he asked me to hold on while he spoke to his driver, driver on speaker and I can hear him use fowl languages to describe what a hard time I am giving them,,, REALLY??? Completely dissatisfied with the service and I will never use dawn wing again, to receive this kind of service for something i have PAID for???? Happy to have received my package, completely disgusted at the service i received..
It is always a feeling like you are reaching the end of the world when your phone just dies on you, I took my iphone in for repairs, on a Tuesday, from the moment I walked in I was greeted with pleasant smiles, I had the dreadful news that I my phone had to go to JHB to be sorted out, I was offered a courtesy phone, very basic but nonetheless it kept me going for the next few days, my phone was back 2 days later, again greeted with smiles and pleased that the consultant remembered me and was as eager to get my phone back to me, offered to assist me set it up, even put in my sim card for me, Hats off to you Tatum
