I placed my first order and have had no response from the company. There’s no ETA, emails go unanswered, and the call centre never answers. My order is marked “Backorder – On The Way – Warehouse 1U,” yet the items are still advertised as available. Extremely frustrating—poor communication and zero clarity. I do not recommend ordering from them.
Order Number: 108922949 was due for delivery today, 14 February 2026, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. There is no clarity in the delivery process. When you call the contact centre, they simply repeat what is already on the app — no real assistance. What shocked me most was that the supervisor, Rita Mo***eng, was asking me what she must type in her email to the logistics department. That is completely unprofessional. I also dealt with Nare Seboko and received no proper support. I would not recommend using this service for Valentine’s Day or any special occasion.
Stay away from African Bank. Poor service. My partner and I opened bank accounts with African Bank to use for house hold expenses. Both our accounts have never worked. After transferring money for groceries they put them on hold we have sent multiple emails, calls and visited the branch. Without no help. Worse mine only has R1000.00 rand in it! My partner has our monthly grocery and household money stuck in there.
We have been waiting for our VAT registration for 3months (Case no.: 526517624) each time it gets cancelled without resonable. We called SARS today only to find out that our case is denied due. Waited for 2hr calling the call centre agent before going through. I pleaded for assistance she dropped my call (Case no. :533081757).
I had an extremely frustrating experience with Company Partners. They were supposed to update my contact details but failed to do so. After multiple attempts to get assistance from Renee and Carlin, I received nothing but arrogant responses with no acknowledgment of their mistake. Worse, they didn’t even ask which contact number to use before making changes. When I requested to speak to someone senior, my attempts with Andrew and another lady at the help desk were just as unhelpful. Instead of assisting, they simply put me on hold. Now, I’m unable to receive OTPs, and my issue remains unresolved. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
