Hi There, I would really commend Alisha from your retentions department. I called last week to enquire about my policy. This morning I received a call from Cheryl to confirm details. I indicated that I was considering cancelling and she put me through to Alisha who provided logical facts and exceptional arguments as to why I should remain with budget. As part of a retentions team she is incredible. I am sure that she saves more clients than she cancels. This employee is a gem and if I had a team that was in retentions I would like more people like her. She is to be commended for her efforts. Naturally she has retained me.
I am so disappointed with Bidvest Mechanical Warranty. You can never get a hold of them. Had a mechanical failure. Tried calling and tehy could not assist due to a technical error. Calls are not answered - Just spent over 30 min on hold for "admin". Have never received policy docs and really regret moving from my old policy. Now lets see if they keep their promises to cover because I cannot even get a hold of them
Please stay away from Telkom. I have just spent 2hours in which you get teh same nonsense.Despite them debiting every month and being constantly hounded to upgrade Telkom changed my plan. I have spent 2 hours on the phone because they suddenly blocked my number. I am told to open a case and will have to wait 3 to 7 working days for feedback. I was also advised that I am not allowed to speak to a manager.
They are the most difficult service provider to contact. Their chat does not work and I have spent over 30 minutes on hold (from a cellphone) just to get clarity on my billing. The website is unfriendly. The only good part about them is their sales and technical support.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I am trying to transfer my benefits from one number to another but I have been transferred from pillar to post. Can you help?
THE WORST MEDICAL AID EVER. STAY AWAY from them if you value sanity. You can pay for multiple beneficiaries but your benefits is capped for two people only. When you ask for help you will be lucky to get a response. Teh average wait time on a call is 15 to 20 minutes and you would be lucky to get a query resolved with 1 call. Email responses good
This is really the most pathetic insurance company. I had an emergency. An hour later, I have been cut off thrice transferred numerous times and still no one can assist
Nedbank please get your act together. Its been two months. I have been emailing and leaving messages and I get no response. I have spent hours on hold, and now I get calls from an attorney because you could not do your job.
I have had some really amazing experiences when I bought vouchers but my first time ordering items left a disappointment. They clothes arrived over a month later after tons of follow ups. The sizes were all wrong. Not everything arrived. No one knew about the 'smart watch' that was offered. I eventually received a refund for outstanding items but honestly it was for a birthday gift and I could have bought it elsewhere so I am so disappointed. Tashreeq however was amazing with responding.
If you can - stay away. They are not competitive and you spend hours on the phone trying to sort out accounts as most statements are wrong. The only good thing is the technical support team who are amazing. The accounts department is ridiculous and there is no email. You can get cheaper and better fibre elsewhere.
