Very horrible experience, they don’t have sense of urgency the only care about getting the money in when they need to help their tenants all you get is “sorry “ very *********** staff at the office, old staff even the caretaker they are always short staffed however we pay alot of money for rental they even charge us ridiculously on rental the owner should look into how their flats look very old school metered system which one doesn’t understand I have only two months living at Angelina court but it has been nightmare after nightmare
After 9 failed attempts at getting through to customer care I still didn’t get serviced 😡very poor service Agents are not helpful!!!PATHETIC SERVICE , NO SENSE OF URGENCY Not RELIABLE AT ALL!
Very rude slow and condescending staff member you have, the coloured lady who works with files has a sticky attitude I asked for her name she gives a wrong name “Palesa” later to find out she’s Yolande very *********** people , not empathetic not professional not people centre!!!!
Very poor service they give people, little empathy for people who are sick, very rude and unprofessional! Infact disgusting how they treat people, PLEASE HIRE NEW STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK!!! Very sickening how we need medical help and they take it as if they making us a favour, Pathetic!!!
Telkom is very pathetic they very poor service experience I got when I visited the branch at lakeside mall through the pnp entrance,their systems always offline,I wanted to pay my account manually because they debit late and they charge me as the client whereas they are the ones who debit late now apparently they handed me over because of a some of money that was accumulated as a result of their systems,now I asked to pay manually they told me it’s not allowed how come that is because as a client I should feel comfortable with the payment I prefer,now they don’t want to align my due date correctly I don’t know if what they are doing is part of the POPI act .Very poor service never again will I set foot in a Telkom shop nor consider referring people there,the people are also so ***********! You taken from pillar to post at the expense of your time and get nothing out at the end of it all ,it’s a disgrace!
They don’t even deserve that 1 star this app won’t allow me to send a ZERO rating,so basically I had my account closed and paid up last year then they added something like data bundles which I never asked for my words to them was that I don’t want anything to do with Vodacom,they now handed me over for something I never asked for,I asked the agents to send my call recordings since I haven’t received them,now they are messing up my credit record because of the level of incompetence,negligence,and this is against the popi act horrible experience I had with Vodacom not even paying that 211 they must settle it!what a pathetic company this is ,such blood suckers who just want money and don’t care about their customers!sis!!!!Never again will I set foot in that store,******* business they doing there!!!!😤
I spoke to Elizabeth the other day such a beautiful soul,connected very well with her she’s kind and warm ,does wonders for IG overall the experience I had with IG was Amaze*****,fantastic and left a lasting impression,great products they have, just love them!
