if you are stranded with a ****** phone, melon cannot sim swap a e-sim due to technical issues and cannot get a physical sim in no less than 3 days, takealot option has no stock neither are you able to collect a sim anywhere. wthout whatsapp support is non reachable so you will be absolutely dead ended with this network stick to the bigger players right now even telkom will give these guys a run and thats a insut
my epson printer unit went in for a scanner error, after supposed repairs the unit comes back with a non functional keypad, booked in again and returned for the third time with the same issue still persisting. clearly nobody knows whats going on and all they can say its a open issue with epson which doesnt help anything when the unit is with them for 2 months. they still requesting proof of purchase to verify warranty even when the system print out from them is clear, really atrocius and the lady denise that takes the calls needs to be schooled on customer service
dont ever buy this brand, extended warranty means nothing, technicians seem unable to fix the problem. unit is over 2 months still waiting to be repaired, everytime it goes in to partserve other things come back damaged. customer service at epson is non existent and they will never get back to you! all they ask for is proof of purchase and they cant honour any warranty or reply properly
Again il say melon needs to get their systems in place! Frustrating to say the least, and they are the masters in excuses!! Payments are not taken because payfast has locked my card. Now a R5 linkage fee for a new(old) is taken yet this card is already on my profile so they’ve taken R5 thrice. Imagine taking a R5 over and over again from every customer onboarding! Capitalism at its best and they’ll get aggressive and say it can’t be refunded blah blah !! WhatsApp keyboard warriors as agents treat you like you live in a cave!
Stay away from them until they get technical issues in order, SIM swaps and ports will leave you stranded and all they can do is escalate to MTN to get things resolved, pretty much like dealing with a WhatsApp call centre who will escalate and get back to you, keep them as a second SIM but never have melon as your main line or you will suffer the consequences of losses due to the technical team being clueless and having to constantly escalate. At the end of the day they at the mercy of mtn so rather deal direct and issues will get sorted faster than waiting ages for useless melon

absolutely livid, emails appear in my inbox and then dissapear within a few seconds, have been loing out on important emails required for business and calling technical seems to be a futile exercise, the issue isnt with microsoft or anti virus as they keep saying as this issue seems to be common on mweb servers, if you value your customers and are serious about your business avoid mweb
