Stock take in public hours
No communication sent to customers on Sunday 25/01/2026 stating they are busy woth stock take since when is stock take taking place during public hours. PALESA STORE MANAGER and Tshepo (supposedly) security the most arrogant people with the ridiculous attitude supposedly their head office said to close shop in public hours ther were 7 cars that stopped infront of a closed gate. Traveled all the way from Cullinan. Will not go there again

Rain the most useless customer service
So rain it has now come to this .... On the 13 December I moved to another area now keep in mind I have checked on your website and confirmed with your rain go chat bot that the area has 4g wifi I was fine with it . 1st call to the call centre : I should restart my wifi and move it and do the same again 2nd call to the call- they will restart it and I should give it a min or so 3rd call -4th call - 5th call - all the ay to number 9 for to tell me no its because I relocated from 1168 woodlands drive to the new area and I didn't notify rain what you little idiots dont understand is I last lived in woodlands drive in 2023 and I had no issues to reconnect in theresapark Pretoria ok fine fix it still the same. 11th call no mam you should be lucky to have signal because we dont cover that area yet your website states "COVERAGE" NOT AVAILABLE that i should atleast have 4G i have sent numerous responses to your AI WhatsApp chat and to the call centre I want a manger to call me yet its only consultants calling me. I always pay my debit order on time not once missed a payment but when its time for a manager to call me or assist a complaining client they are no where to be found.

Cell c is bull**** don't waste your money
Cell c is the most useless cellphone companies I have ever come across. So when you give them your debit date they will debit you but let the date fall on a Sunday they will debit you before the date even after numerous calls , emails .... they will not call you back but will call you and send sms's regarding an upgrade an sales like I give a ****.

Netcare Doctors are USELESS!!++
I am at my wits end with the service / disservice simply no patient care at all. I went to my GP with my heart palpitations, i was then put through a stress test, when my GP then told me there is definitely a problem and her referred me to Dr J Jacobs and Dr Badenhorst This started in in 2023/03/15 we referred to Dr Badenhorst in Unitas Hospital Stated that I had a hart defect that I was born with and was told its hereditary Halter ECG was placed in the middle of my chest close to my heart heart valve not closing properly Never took blood tests stress test tilt test ultrasound was told I do not have enough electrolights in my body and was told to drink 3 liters of energade zero / powerade zero for 6 days and add more salt to my diet. I was sent monthly statements for an outstanding amount of R5780, when I sent the report of Dr Nanack stating that my thyroid should have been tested, all of a sudden feedback was provided to my GP that I had POTS disease. 13th may 2023 we rushed her back to Unitas emergencies was told that it was a slight heart attack the ngot referred to Dr J Jacobs also( Unitas Hospital ) - we were sent home the next day - we had a follow up app and she was booked for an angiogram - we went back to the hospital to get said angiogram all they did was EKG an EEG and another ultra sound, he confused her with another patient and the angiogram was never performed 20th of May 2023 was booked into hospital again for my heart that was still not calming down was told that a Neurologist about the tremors i get through out my body when my heart rate gets to high went for a MRI did an overnight EEG another holter monitor was placed on my chest yet again for 6 days with the results of the EEG was told I have very light signs of epilepsy, but its not high enough spiks to be placed on medication for the epileptic spikes, was placed on calming tablets to bring down the spikes was placed on cardicor tablets for a month to try and control the irregular heart rate was also told I might need and operation to correct my heart 18th of September I was rushed yet again to the hospital as my heart rate wouldn't calm down was told my an ER doctor that I have an infection between my lungs and heart and that is what caused me to collapse again 30th of September and the 1st of october 2023 I was at an event when my heart rate started to to spike significantly and was rushed to Unitas with an ambulance was taken to cardiac ICU as my heart rate wouldn't calm down Dr Blomerus was the on call cardiologist who then wanted to another ultrasound , when I walked in (Alica) and asked if they notified Dr J Jacobs that his patient was admitted, Dr Blomerus threw the ultrasound wand and said he can do a better job, then only contacted Dr J Jacobs was given EKG test almost every hour on the hour to monitor my heart was discharged on the 5th of october 2023 Dr J Jacobs placed me on double the amount of heart medication and an beta block as well as a 50mg calming tablets, to try and get my attacks under control was then told that I need to go and see an even higher up cardiologist, as there was nothing more Dr J Jacobs can do for me I told the nurses that I had an headache, but was then told maybe I should get off my phone maybe then my headache will go away after the shift change,I spoke to a new nurse and she was able to get me medicating to help me with my headache 29th of November 2023 i was able to get an appointment with Prof Hellig at Sunning Hill Hospital. he asked me to explain all my symptoms and then I was told that i must go off all of my medication until the 11th of December I was put through another stress test as well as another ultrasound no blood tests were done he did not want want to know to all the medical procedures i had already been put through as he will be reevaluating me Prof Hellig then told me on the 11th of December he will be implanting an internal loop recorder, that will monitor her heart 24\7 11th of December 2023 we all arrived at Sunning Hill Hospital that morning and she was then taken to the word to prepare her for the device to be implanted (kyrstie) i was taken to the cath lab where the anesthesiologist told me she will be putting me to sleep just for a short while and I won't feel a thing once I was in the cath lab all the medication was given to me through an IV as well as being numbed by my chest when I told Prof Hellig I can feel everything, he said don't worry we will fix that, which never happened I felt how the device was placed under my skin, I felt him do all 4 stitches and it was extremely painful one of the nurses even hold my hand trying to calm me down This was one of the most traumatic experiences for me I was then told to come back in 10 days to remove the stitches and that was just as painful to have them removed. An MRI was also done the morning of the 11th of December. Dr Hellig was not in that day of the 21st of December, so I was seen by one of his colleagues thais doctor told me there is absolutely nothing of concern in my MRI, but when I asked about my feet that where going numb , this doctor told me to consult a Neurologist because this might be a neuro problem 2nd of October 2024 the early hours of the morning I started to experience extreme amounts of pain in my left arm and chest, I thought I was experiencing a heart attack my partner then called my mother to come and help to get me to the hospital my vision started to go black, i only truly started to come to once we were at the hospital and the nurses where trying to place a drip in my arm and they could only find a vein in my foot. my blood was taken to run some test on, then after about an hour the head nurse came back to me and asked if I know that my thyroid is really high and asked if I have a thyroid problem next thing I know I have doctors and nurses running around me to place me on thyroid medication as I was in a thyroid storm and my thyroid levels where dangerously high. They were then running up and down to try and find me a bed in the ICU. I was then moved to ICU and the necessary medication was administered. I was in ICU for 7 days in order to get me safely out of the thyroid storm I was then moved to general ward for 2 days before finally being discharged to go home. Dr Nanack was amazing in the hospital but when I was discharged that's when her assistant took over communication. We had a follow up appointment with her on the 12th November 2024 which we apparently had to run up pan down to get a referral letter from our Gp that wasn't even part of this since I was rushed to emergencies. We had to cough up another R750 to pay for the appointment. Before that we were asked to take bloods weekly but we had to follow up with them for forms and remind them about the results. Dr Nanack was then going on maternity leave without referring me to another specialist When confronting the so called assistant I am being told to go to my GP. Bear in mind this assistant spells my name incorrectly with every damn message This is totally unacceptable for a private hospital that we pay for to treat us like this. Can this please be handled accordingly Jan – Feb 2025 We then went back to the GP got the blood forms went to get the blood test the results were sent to her and we received the following feedback “ the thyroid is high again and the medication should be amended” we did that after a month another set of blood test to see how her thyroid levels are. We were now referred to another Specialist Dr Johnson at Montana Hospital only to be told she is a private practice and do not fall under any medical aid and before we can see her a payment of R1700 should be paid no payment arrangements can be made as it needs to be paid and that’s only for the consultation any other test will need to be extra yet again out of our own pocket , where did the so called “OATH” of the doctors go that all they care about is money and not the patients yet we are the ones paying for their dam salaries. We are now in a situation where we don’t know what to do anymore, we don’t have a specialist and the GP refuses to work with a high thyroid. CAN WE PLEASE GET SOMEONE TO HELP IN THIS REGARD I HAVE BEEN NICE ENOUGH NOT TAKING THIS TO SOCIAL MEDIA AND SLANDER THE “GOOD” NAME OF NETCARE BUT IF THIS IS THE TREATMENT WE GET FOR PRIVATE HELATHCARE I AM PRAYING FOR THE NHS TO TAKE AWAY THE PRIVATE HOSPIUTAL AND MAKE THEM PUBLIC TO BRING ALL THOSE DOCOTROS DOWN TO EARTH. Get a doctor that will see me and sort this out
