Beware! These people are *****sters! You order at an expensive price and item comes from Temu, China! I received my shoes but not size ordered, way to small - and now I can only correspond with them via email, NO phone numbers, and the 100% return policy non existant!! REFRAIN FROM ORDERING FROM THESE ****MERS!

I had a few questions on my life policy, also needed advice and guidance on cover options Josef assisted me in a most friendly and professional manner, explained cover options and went the extra mile I could hear his passion for his job and I could hear the smile in his voice, although I took a lot of his time Thank you for the great service I received

Poor service - Dawn Wing
I don’t understand why suppliers are using them. They are absolutely the worst courier company i ever came upon. Besides the parcel being marked to phone before delivery and me phoning the call centre 3 time to ensure they phone me it never happen. The email updates on progress also poor - you can request certain actions which is to no prevail. Poor poor service

Vodacom Insurance
Vodacom is adding contract cover (insurance) to invoices - without proper advice to client. Only sms’e were send they don’t act on reply's to remove and contact center is unable to help. Absolutely unacceptable they have to take ownership on what is reflected on invoices.

Vodacom - unauthorises amounts deducted
After many calls to call center and promises made by staff - issue of comprehensive insurance added without any agreement with client amount is still deducted on account . ( 3 months already.

Fantastic service and product
We ordered a pool light from a photograph, and what a pleasant surprise when we received it, it was even more beautiful and perfect than on the picture. We dealt with Paddy, whom assisted us very professionally and friendly. We can recommend this business and rate their product 10 out of 10.
