I have experienced only a negative outcome of a trauma that we had wgere a guy who was busy doing a ceiling installation fell with a ladder and tried to grab on to wall and he got electricity wiring in conduit paping also with him in the process of falling and he left cavles and fell with steel.ladder on a spa bath hard mesch cover and due to.this he broke the cover as it has got bubble with a hard kind of plastic inside the pure ladder cover and stripped the zip in the middle where it is bending - he could have broken his neck or got badly hurt but the cover had helped him not to get hurd and jn process ladder also got camping chair hard cover arm broken where it just hit it towards the side of tile walling of spa bath Auto & General representative had said march 2025 before taking out policy there is coverage under the contents and building for things that may happen in case of an accident where now when I had to claim all.of a sudden. NO. COVER for this damages !!! This is shocking what they do take up seriously to help a client and what they do record on such a conversation over ghe phone as representatives and where I had written on response of the policy schedule how many times that this is important and a person never having response from them on those kind of enquiries and taking up time.anf money to phone to hold on for ages to get through and cant get held of that specific person - I find this very irritating frustrating and its also everytime a losing battle with Auto & General short term insurance - it do matters why you have and for what you have to pay such a large amount for insurance just to have THIS NO COVERAGE as an answer WHEN ITS NECESSARY to claim

No RATING at all This contractorman with his double cab Toyota Hilux Registration nr SRX557GP demanded R3000 for material (30 brandrings) or pallet lose wood -which he never brought any material on 10th February 2026 and left nothing and gave him another 2 days up till now and he never pitched up at premises again - he is with no other words *****ing our money and material - 0659829173 He cant be trusted at all - not a reliable contractor - he demands only more and more money - he not discussing anything at our premises - he just left without we knowing he had a hidden agenda

Had to re-sell my vehicle back to the original owner of vehicle dealership named as signature motors as I was not happy with my the used vehicle received and they could not resell it in months and I also have to reduce my paid price to him with eventually R35000 just to let it go so that he could be able to resell it again to someone else

Shelving promotions not corrilating with till payment prices on promotions of some items And misleading public members as some promo notices on shelves are erong Fast foods ex. Hotdogs selling for R11.99 staff to use the cheapest awfull disgusting poor brand with.no hot dog sauce but poor quality tomato sauce or muatard sauce - not worth the taste of.it to eat. - suggest using wuality viennas ex rainbow chicken etc Coke.light was one of items mark.with promo notice in fridge and at till it was normal price ???

Have been to offices...
Have been to offices 7 times trying to get a 18yr grand son his ID to enable him to get bank app and license and to do application for exams as ID NEEDED - no response whatsoever no sms to collect ID after waiting since last year for ID and still waiting after been to offices this year 7 times - is this fair?? Was also in Menlyn mall offices 5 times - no response giving the system the excuse for no response??????

Had helped an elderly to submit all documents 4 times at SASSA midcity Pretoria offices as result of get lost in the system or process - 0123929209 been given to me to phone in and asked for person who did submission last time but phone continuously stayed unanswered - hands cut off and staff at new applications & supervisor aggressive and said that they not responsible for the system after made sure all relevant documents been submitted and take in as demanded 4 times - waiting now since beginning Nov 2024.for elderly man to get old age pension where he is also ill and 95% blind - is this not ridiculous? Not once will telephone be answered and stranded with no internet and wifi and no data on cellphone (elderly man poor) WHAT IS the PROBLEM with the SYSTEM OF SASSA as been blamed the system for passed 8 months!!!!
