Cellini Luggage is owned by Interbrands a company owned by Bidvest. I bought a Polo Bag for my wife in May 2025. The bag threads was showing. I returned the bag to Cellini Luggage in Table Bay Mall in Cape Town where it was purchased. I was advised that it would be sent to the factory for repairs. I did not agreed to this. I wrote to Hugo Van Der Merwe from Interbrands and a gift card was given to me. I then went to Cellini Luggage in Tygervalley Mall in Cape Town on 7 July 2025 and chose another bag. My wife started a new job on 3rd November 2025 and decided to use the bag. Only to find thread issue with this bag. When she called the store she was advised that they would send it to the factory for repairs. I wrote to Hugo Van Der Merwe on 11 November 2025 with no response. How is it possible a bag costing R2500 have defects especially for a Polo Bag twice. I believe Cellini Luggage may be stocking **** bags.

Good Day For several months I have been trying to obtain a report. I have requested to send my ID and proof of address. I keep receiving an error message on the portal advising my documents have not been verified. I need to log a dispute for DMC listing Markhams account as unpaid. This account is prescribed and is preventing me from obtaining a bond. I constantly receive a reference number and then an email stating that the case is closed. Tried calling to no avail.
I have debt that is prescribed. It is listed on Experian and XDS. I have lodged disputes with them and have been advised that FNB has to request them to remove the listing. This is affecting my scoring and credit record. Called FNB several times to no avail.
I have requested Experian to remove all the closed accounts they are refusing and it is affecting my scoring. We had the same issued with XDS. They removed it and my scoring increased.
DMC purchased prescribed debt from FNB, RCS and Markhams. They have forwarded this information to all credit bureaus. I now have adverse listing on my profile. Accounts that are paid up or prescribed are listed. Its affecting my credit rating. I have for the past two months called, emailed and lodged a dispute to no avail. Really poor service.
Experian has adverse listing on my profile. Accounts that are paid up or prescribed are listed. Its affecting my credit rating. I have for the past two months called, emailed and lodged a dispute form to no avail. I am told that I must wait 20 days for a response. Really poor service. When you call the calls are dropped or the person answers and cuts the call off. I am getting no joy from attempting to communicate with them

I have a Capitec Business Account. Last week Saturday go Daddy put a hold of R6200 for services which I did not authorised. I contacted Capitec Bank lodged a dispute and requested that the funds be released. to date 7 days later after calling several times the funds have still not been returned to my account, I have been promised since last week 12 July 2025 I have been promised that the funds will reflect in my account in 5 days.
On 4 March 2025, we had a motor vehicle accident, and the vehicle was towed by Discovery Tow Truck Service. I was not advised as to where the vehicle was being taken to. I was informed that the vehicle was a write-off and the payout would be R45000. However, upon enquiring about retaining the vehicle, the payout was adjusted to R23,000, which was accepted. Later, communication from Discovery was inconsistent. A consultant stated the payout was R38,000, which was corrected by Leezhaen Williams who was the consultant allocated to my claim. He advised that the consultant made an error yet she read this off the system. The payout was authorised on 26 March 2025, but there were issues regarding the bank account for the payment. I had requested the payout to be transferred to a different account but was not informed that approval from Leezhaen’s manager was needed. This led to further delays and miscommunication. Payment was received on 3 April 2025. There was a miscommunication as to where our vehicle was. It was taken to Bellville Auction Nation and were advised that we had to tow the vehicle back. After many calls on 1 April 2025 Leezhaen confirmed he was obtaining quotes and we would have our vehicle towed to our home and Discovery would bear the cost thereof. It is 7th April 2025 and we still do not have our vehicle. My wife was advised today after calling Discovery that the vehicle may be towed to us if the towing company was in the Bellville area. I think this miscommunication and the money paid out to us so late is not acceptable. The fact that we were not updated continuously reflects the calibre of consultants employed by Discovery. The manager refused to take our calls and consultants kept referring us to Leezhaen.
